Before these issues arose, I was initially impressed by Goat Funded Trader’s promise of a supportive trading environment and the potential to manage substantial capital. Their educational resources and the structure of their funded trading challenge seemed well-organized and geared towards helping traders succeed. The platform itself is user-friendly and offers a range of tools that can be beneficial for both novice and experienced traders.
When I reached out to customer support I was met with unhelpful responses that failed to address the specifics of my situation. Despite providing detailed evidence and requesting a review of my account activity, the support team reiterated their stance without a proper investigation. This lack of proper customer service and refusal to thoroughly review and rectify the issue only added to my frustration.
