Even though I lost my account, my experience with GFT was the best expecially the support team. After breaching the daily draw down I emailed them to do manual review which they did and got back to 2 me within 24/h period. I will am definitely going to buy another account with them the moment I get funds and now they added a feature that you don't have to start from beginning which is a benefit for prop traders

Goat Funded Trader denied my payout claiming coordinated trading. I audited their own spreadsheet, which proved up to 3 minutes of execution latency and totally uncorrelated lot sizes between accounts. How can I, a scalper, trading the most active and highly volatile period on US30, copy other accounts and have a 3mins latency. When presented with this mathematical proof, they refused to address the data, hid behind 'internal policies', and kept my $3k+ profits.

GFT denied my $3,000+ payout for "coordinated trading" and sent a spreadsheet as proof. An audit of their own data completely cleared me: Massive Latency: I scalp the US30 NY Open. Their report showed up to 3 minutes of latency between my entries/exits and the "copy" accounts. In this volatile session, even a 15-second delay alters a trade. 3 minutes is impossible for a copy group. Zero Risk Correlation: The flagged accounts used random, static lots. I used dynamic sizing for a strict $300–$400 risk limit. Different Management: I actively manage trades (scaling stops at 1:1R). The "copy" accounts regularly held through my adjusted stop-loss zones. The matched accounts were completely random each day. I presented this mathematical proof. They completely ignored the hard data, hid behind "internal policies," and kept my profits. If you scalp US30, they will flag natural market clustering as copy trading. Avoid GFT!

FALSE ALLEGATION OF GROUP TRADING
Summary
Instead of receiving my payout, I received an email from GFT's Risk Team accusing me of "coordinated group trading activity" — claiming that 76 of my trades between June 3 and July 14 matched entries and exits with other traders' accounts. I trade alone. On my own device. I have never shared signals, never used a copier, never been part of any trading group. I trade XAUUSD during London and New York sessions — the most liquid hours of the trading day. During these sessions, thousands of independent traders around the world react to the same price levels, the same market structure, and the same liquidity zones. Matching timestamps during peak market hours is not coordination — it is simply how price action trading works. Despite reaching out to support, I was timed out on their Discord. Despite emailing the Risk Team directly, I have received no meaningful response. My payout has been rejected and my account breached based on what I believe is a flawed and unfair algorithm that cannot distinguish between coordinated trading and independent traders reacting to the same market conditions.

Summary
after approving my withdrawal last week friday they asked if id completed the KYC which i long did. on Tuesday when they are supposed to pay im told that there is suspicious IP addresses pings on my profile but i hadnt traded since Friday and they have since stopped communicating. attached is the last formal e mail from them which i replied and have since gotten no response. My dashboard shows the withdrawal pending since last week friday
