I purchased an account on 17 April and requested my payout on 15 May. Instead of processing it, I was accused of copy trading. Their team sent me an Excel sheet as “evidence”, but the data has zero credibility because it shows my XAU trades on 16 & 19 April matching with other traders — when I never executed a single Gold trade on those days. I have also approached Prop Firm Match, as one of the reasons I purchased this account was because of their top prop firms list.

Summary
I purchased an account from this prop firm on 17 April after seeing their reputation through Prop Firm Match. On 15 May, I requested my payout, but it was rejected due to allegations of copy trading. The firm shared an Excel sheet as evidence, but the data appears unreliable because it shows XAU trades on 16 & 19 April but in actually I never placed any trade on Gold on these dates (PDF SS attached). This raises serious concerns regarding the other trades they said I copied. By God, I never done copy trading as I know it took a minute to identify then why should I place trades with SAME TP/SL? I offered them that I can explain the setup for each trade I took. I have been waiting for clarification since 19 May but have not received a any response. Please look into this.

Customer care is top notch. Every time I have an issue I’ll just message the bot and if it can’t solve I’ll talk to a person and everything gets settled Goatfunded has good spread also no deduction of payment for ridiculous reasons #GFT #GFT

after i passed phase 1 i thaught i got my phase 2 account soon but i didn't got any kind of email or phase 2 account. Profit taregt was 640$ and i made 735$ also i follwed all rules still i didn' get any kind of email. My profitable trading days(0.5%) was 9 days/3 days and they said Kindly complete your trading days . i asked for review all my trades and trading day but they closed the conversation. So Traders , please select genuine firms . Don't waste your time buying a scamming firm like GFT , be aware....

As a full time prop trader I have traded with many firms. I decided to try this one because of the cheap challenges. They have very tricky requirements to pass and get paid, but I was aware of all of those. I passed both phases easy and then did my 3 profitable days on my funded account without any loosing days. Didnt break a single rule. Then when I requested my payout all I received back was "Payout Denied" I didnt break any rules so they made one up. Said there was "Multiple Logins" from my account. I only use 1 device. Was completely made up. ...

"Our system identified that many different accounts (+10), belonging to multiple individuals, accessed the platform using the same device." I have 1 device, 1 account, I trade on my own. There was no proof, no warning. They just saw I am extremely profitable and didn't want to pay me. No reply to my requests, just a instant ban when payout time came.

UPDATE: After reviewing my proofs and photos for the IP rule breach , Goat Funder Trader has revoked their decision and accepted my payout. Trust score increased. I purchased a 5k 2step account at Goat Funded Trader. Received the credentials and started trading. Passed both phases and received my funded account on April 28th. I traded until April 30th , and after finished trading i leave on vacation on Albania until May 3rd. About gft I love their new upgraded dashboard so cool and classic,the customer relationship is also nice they always remain cool even provoked by us which can be very overwhelming,and also the credentials and payouts are released 24-48hrs nothing more than that... So yeah it's cool for me though
