I have had a great experience with Goat Funded Trader so far. The dashboard is very clean and easy to use for tracking my progress. Trading conditions for Gold and Bitcoin are solid with competitive spreads and smooth execution. The rules are clear with no hidden restrictions, and I really appreciate the various challenge models like the Instant Goat. Customer support has also been very helpful and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend GFT for any serious trader looking for reliable funding.

GFT – $8K Two Step Challenge Took a shot at GFT's 8K two step. First day was decent, up $177 with 13 trades, felt good about the start. Day 2 went completely against me, hit the loss limit after 16 trades and got stopped out. Phase 1 failed. Honestly it wasn't the firm's fault — the market conditions that day were brutal and I overtraded trying to recover. The platform was smooth and no issues on GFT's side. Will probably retake this one when conditions are better.

What I liked most about Goat Funded Trader is the smooth trading experience and user-friendly dashboard. The spreads and execution are good for normal trading conditions, and the rules are clearly explained. I also had a positive experience with the support team because they replied professionally and helped resolve my questions quickly.
One thing that could be improved is execution during high-volatility news events because slippage can sometimes be higher than expected. The challenge rules may also feel strict for aggressive traders, especially regarding drawdown management. Apart from that, my overall experience with Goat Funded Trader has been positive and professional.

So far it's been a good trading firm the slippage us big sometimes and the spreads are very wide on fx pairs when the markets reopen on a daily basis but overall I won't recommend this firm to others as the conditions are bearable both me and my son use the firm.
