my payout was denied by Goat Funded Trader due to alleged copy trading activity, which I strongly deny. I traded the account myself and followed the rules to the best of my knowledge. I’ve spent a lot of time, effort, and money working toward this payout, so the decision was really disappointing. I’m just hoping someone can properly review my case fairly and provide clear evidence or clarification regarding the accusation.I was blocked my their discord support and I am on able to to open a support chat, the emails remain unresponsive

They stated that I do not trade independently because I have similar exit and entires to other traders. Which I deny completely. I ask for proof that I have been copy trading and they have not responded to my email and blocked me from contacting chat support and discord support.

I'm purchased a 5000k 2 step account on Goat funded trader but after transaction successful ...it's been 24 hrs but till now they didn't even send me my login credentials...that's why I complaint several times the customer support regarding this issue but the costomer support is didn't even not responds...it's worst experience in my trading journey with Goat funded trader..... suggest everyone not to use this prop firm for not suffering like me....

I passed the account and my accounts is still under verification for 4 weeks and still no reply from them, I fell for it because of how its on top forex propfirm on propfirmmatch, and the slippage is really bad too but they don't have a nice dashboard and an app which is nice but I'm not coming back to this propfirm again even if they have 100% discounts

I’ve been trading with GFT for months using various accounts. Withdrawals have worked fine so far—until now. Even if you follow all the rules, they’ll accuse you of a rule violation that no one can prove. “We identified clear instances of prohibited copy trading between your live account no. 414898224 and many other traders’ accounts.” I’ve made all trades manually in MT5 and haven’t done any copy trading. GFT knows that too. Because customer support hasn't responded to my emails.

We regret to inform you that we have had to breach your trading accounts due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions. After reviewing your trading activity, we identified clear instances of prohibited copytrading between your live account no. 414898224 and many other trader’s account, which is expressly prohibited by our rules. Specifically, between 7th of March and 24th of April, 2026, many trades were executed with the same entry times and exit times, which demonstrates coordinated and non-independent trading activity. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and on our FAQ page under the section “What are the prohibited trading practices?”, such behavior is strictly forbidden. ++++++++ Do you see the time period? March 7 – April 24, 2026 My account was created on April 7, 2026. GFT had already detected irregularities a month before that.

I obtained a $5k instant account from this company, and the account was very good in terms of terms and support was always available. However, after fulfilling all the withdrawal requirements, my withdrawal request was rejected because the company claims that my initial registration name differs from the name used for verification. I explained to the company that I always register with my Islamic name when I register with companies, and I am ready to provide any required documents. Despite this, the company blocked my account and did not respond.

They said they find other accounts under same ip address which was not true I only have one account and follow all rules till payout stage I make 2100 and request for pay that’s when the block my account after 2 days and I try reach out to support but they are not responding over a month now When ever I reach to them they says it’s the risk team that will handle it and I should wait reply to the email that send me that msg which I did countless of times but no reply till date
