THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY GOOD, HOWEVER A LITTLE TIME THEY TAKE BUT THEY ASSIST QUICKLY ASAP. THEY CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AND GIVE THEIR FULL EFFORT TO SOLVE OUR ISSUE. ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS TAKE TIME,WE SHOULD WAIT FOR SOME TIME..BUT NO PROBLEM THEY HELP US. THEIR RULES ARE GOOD. I HAVE NOT FACED ANY SLIPPAGE ISSUE HOWEVER WE CAN SEE A SLIGHT SLIPPAGE DURING A FAST MOVEMENT. CURRENTLY I AM IN MY PASSING PHASE,WILL UPDATE MORE REVIEW ...

Spreads are too high. whenever I’m doing xauusd trading sometimes because of volatility spread are 300 and normally it is about 40 spreads in gold. And after I passed my phase 1 they should immediately give me credentials for phase 2 as per their rules and regulation.And when I contacted customer care about this issue they never replied even after 4 hours.
