This made me excited since I had little money at the time and once I bought the 5K account everything came in an instant. I started trading in the same day and the results were better than expected. I could use the dashboard on the website to see how far i was from my goal ,daily withdrawal and even my status on verification of my account. The app too made it easy to access this things and request withdrawals with not problems.

My issue began with a reward that was clearly showing as pending in my account. I patiently waited, assuming it was simply a processing delay — something that is understandable in any business. However, after a reasonable amount of time had passed, the reward did not just remain pending — it completely disappeared from my account without any explanation, notification, or transparency whatsoever. There was no email, no alert, no acknowledgment of any kind. It simply vanished, as if it never existed. Naturally, I reached out to the support team to seek clarification. Over the course of this ordeal, I sent more than ten emails detailing my concern, providing all relevant information, and requesting a proper resolution. Ten emails. Not one, not two — over ten attempts to communicate a straightforward issue. The responses I received were generic, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful.
