What I liked the most about Goat Funded Trader is their flexibility in challenge models and the fact that they don’t impose a time limit on many of their evaluations. It allows traders to work at their own pace without pressure. Also, the profit split is very generous, and the trading rules are realistic, including allowing news trading and holding trades overnight — which many other firms restrict. These things make the trading environment feel more trader-friendly and fair.
What I liked the least about the firm is that some of the rules, especially around daily drawdown and account breaches, could be more clearly explained. Sometimes, it feels like certain violations happen without a detailed explanation, which can be frustrating. Also, the support response time can be slow during peak hours, and that adds to the confusion when you're trying to resolve something quickly.

I unintentionally bought an account from this company, and it turned into the worst experience ever. After I passed both phases, they suddenly put my account under review and claimed I had risked too much even though I never once hit drawdown. Then, once funded, they imposed a new rule that I could only risk 1% per trade. On top of that, I faced daily slippage of around 1.2%. The whole experience was hectic, misleading, and completely unfair.
