My experience about the firm is positive their simple rules impressed me and their support that are so friendly they don't have much issues base on my experience.

I bought 2 5k goat challenges and i still haven't received my credentials. I have contacted all their support system on both email and twitter but nobody has attended to me. This is not good from a so called good prop firm

Spreads are too high. whenever I’m doing xauusd trading sometimes because of volatility spread are 300 and normally it is about 40 spreads in gold. And after I passed my phase 1 they should immediately give me credentials for phase 2 as per their rules and regulation.And when I contacted customer care about this issue they never replied even after 4 hours.

I buy 100k step 1 account and after passing this I make profit 9% (9000) USD on live funded account. When I applied for payout then after 1 week my account breached still payout not received. Don't buy this prop firm account. I have all proof about this prop firm.

I have the worst time with them, purchase an account and the account is not reflecting in my dashboard, it's been a day since my last purchase and i still haven't received it, i also see other people having the same issue as mine, i also created a ticket on their website but it's like a wasteland no agent being able o assist me at all , what a waste of time buying an accout from them
