My payout request was denied due to an alleged 85.08% margin usage breach during position #39570103. However, my official MetaTrader 5 history logs completely prove that this is a severe system glitch. The exact position #39570103 was executed with only 0.68 Lots (Sell) on NAS100, and my total financial risk exposure on this trade was strictly capped at 0.58%. A 0.68 lot position under normal leverage conditions cannot physically or mathematically consume 80%+ margin. The automated system clearly misread my 0.58% risk metric as 85.08% margin usage due to a text processing error. I have already submitted all the MT5 screenshots and official appeal emails to their risk team, but I have been completely ghosted by their email support after the official 48-hour period. I practiced flawless risk management and hit my precise TP target legally. I explicitly state that all trades executed on this account were done completely independently, by myself, and without the use of account copiers, master-slave software, or external signal groups. Please note the following technical proofs clarifying my independent execution: 1. Platform Logs: I have attached my raw terminal log files proving that execution requests originated manually from my device. 2. IP Consistency: All trades were placed from my regular IP addresses in the UK, by mobile carrier British Telecom EE Mobile container * or land based WiFi at home Virgin media, which matches the KYC documentation I provided. 3. Strategy Variance: While my trade ideas may align with macro market volume, my entries, exact ticket exit timestamps, and partial contract placements are entirely unique to my personal strategy. As this is my first payout request, I have completed my identity verification via Rise and am currently awaiting to sign the Trader Agreement as required by your policy. The claim that my trades are "identical" due to a coordinated group or copy trading effort is completely false. I do not own any social media accounts, I do not follow any signal groups, and I do not use any Expert Advisors (EAs), algorithmic bots, or trade copiers. I am an entirely independent retail trader executing manual trades based purely on my own technical analysis. The correlation shown in your spreadsheet is a false positive caused by broad market retail execution. On highly liquid pairs such as XAUUSD, thousands of independent traders look at the exact same technical levels, order blocks, and high-volume sessions. Overlapping entries do not equal coordinated trading. To clear my name and prove my independent manual execution, I request that you review the following technical points: 1. Millisecond Timestamp Latency: Trade copiers execute positions across slave accounts within milliseconds of the master account. My trades will show human variance in entry/exit execution timings compared to the other accounts. Please review the raw broker logs for exact timestamps. 2. Lot Size and Risk Variance: My trade sizes and risk parameters were decided independently by me, not calculated or mirrored by a master software script. 3. 🚨 Stay Away from Goat Funded Trader — Extremely Disappointing Experience I am still waiting for my withdrawal, and despite completing the required process, Goat Funded Trader has not paid me. My experience makes it feel like payouts are only given to a very small number of traders, while many others have their payouts rejected by simply claiming that they violated some rule. It honestly feels like only a few traders out of 100 receive their payouts, while the rest are rejected and lose their money. In my opinion, traders should be extremely careful before spending their hard-earned money with this company. Do your research and read independent reviews before buying an account. I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the decision regarding my payout rejection and account termination. I would like to sincerely explain what happened during my interview on August 28. I have purchased around 8–9 accounts from Goat Funded Trader. Most of them were unsuccessful, but eventually one of my accounts successfully reached the live funded stage. I requested my first payout of approximately $800, and I received that payout successfully. After that, I made further profits and submitted another payout request. Then I received an email asking me to attend a verification interview. During the interview, I shared my screen, opened the Goat Funded MT5 platform, showed my trading strategy, and opened my dashboard as requested. However, there was a misunderstanding during the interview. When the interviewer asked me to open the Goat Funded platform and show the account, I opened the MT5 account where I had previously completed the challenge phases. At that time, my live funded account was logged in on a different MT5 platform on the same laptop. The reason I kept my live funded account on a separate MT5 platform was only to avoid confusion between the challenge account and the live funded account. I was concerned that I could accidentally treat the live account like a challenge account and open an unnecessarily large lot size. Therefore, I kept the live account separately on my laptop as a precaution. I understand that I should have explained this during the interview, and I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. However, I want to make it absolutely clear that I never used a VPS to cheat, manipulate trades, copy trades, or violate the rules. My intention was only to keep my live account separate from the challenge account to avoid making a serious trading mistake. The live funded account and the MT5 platform are still on my laptop. You may ask me to share my screen and demonstrate exactly how I managed my accounts and trading activity. I respectfully ask you not to consider this misunderstanding as intentional cheating. I have worked very hard for my account and previously received a payout from Goat Funded Trader, which also shows that I have been genuinely trading my account.

I have been trading a 100k funded account with this firm since June. After 3 years of hard work, I finally transformed my trading, kept strict risk management ($500 daily target/loss), and recovered from drawdown four separate times. I executed 157 manual trades independently. Right before my very first major payout, they breached my account and rejected my payout, falsely accusing me of "coordinated group trading/copy trading." I trade strictly using the Smart Money Concepts (SMC) strategy. Because SMC is a highly precise, rule-based mechanical strategy, thousands of traders entry at the exact same institutional zones simultaneously, especially on Fridays. Their automated risk system is a cheap robot that creates massive false positives. While I understand some traders abuse the rules and use forbidden commercial bots, honest and serious manual traders who put in blood, sweat, and tears are the ones being victimized here. The compliance team completely refuses to perform a human manual review and dont even reply back at the proof you send them. If you still decide to take a risk and buy a challenge here, MAKE SURE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD . Their automated system will likely flag you when you earn a payout, but a credit card allows you to easily file a chargeback dispute at your bank for breach of contract. I have already initiated my full chargeback. Avoid this firm if you are a serious trader, i’am going back to other firm and will stay there i just wanted to try a new firm and trust me i will never do this again!!
