I had trouble with the credential process and I had to contact the customer support but it was a very nice and easy way to communicate because of their discord and the ticket support which was very responsive. The dashboard can be buggy at times where for example I took a winner and the dashboard still says I haven't made profits. Overall the prop firm is good since they payout on time and they have a reputable background.
