I recently purchased a $100,000 portfolio from GFT and started trading XaUSD on the MetaTrader platform. The rules are clear, and the customer service is efficient and fast. I can't yet comment on the payment process because I haven't met the redemption requirements. I really liked the 50% off coupon for the first purchase and the various discount coupons. The rewards section is also very interesting.

GFT has an excellent way of communicating on its website. The "Tools" section, in particular, was what attracted me the most. The ability to monitor my performance through the site is a great advantage. Finally, I also really liked the "Rewards" and "My Offers" sections.
What I didn't like very much were the rules for withdrawals on Instant Goat. I don't like having so many rules to withdraw my profits. Specifically, the 15% consistency rule is difficult to understand and makes it quite difficult to achieve the ultimate goal, which is withdrawing my profit. Another rule I didn't like is having to make at least 0.5% profit daily on the account for the day to be validated. The 2% exposure rule for trade risk on a $100,000 portfolio is bad. In my opinion, it should be at least 5% of the portfolio, because in a $100,000 portfolio it's perfectly possible to recover 5% of a loss that is still in progress. Furthermore, it's a portfolio with DEMO values, so GFT doesn't lose anything by increasing this rule from 2% to 5%. I was penalized by this rule and lost my portfolio, but I'm sure I would have recovered the loss before closing the trade, as I had the capital in the portfolio to do so. It gives the impression of making it more difficult for traders to withdraw their profits.

The pricing was good on this account. They regularly have deals. The Spreads are so high, it's hard to make a profit. The spreads constantly change and are never consistent. It seems to be ok for Forex but Stocks are always high. Their platforms are hard to use. Have few indicators, can't do basic things like set the time to NY. Their customer support seems to be good. They reply quickly. I unfortunately cannot recommend, mainly because of their spreads but also because the platform is so basic it's hard to use.

I unintentionally bought an account from this company, and it turned into the worst experience ever. After I passed both phases, they suddenly put my account under review and claimed I had risked too much even though I never once hit drawdown. Then, once funded, they imposed a new rule that I could only risk 1% per trade. On top of that, I faced daily slippage of around 1.2%. The whole experience was hectic, misleading, and completely unfair.
