I am extremely disappointed with this prop firm. My live account was breached without any proper explanation or valid proof of rule violation. I strictly followed all trading rules, risk management guidelines, and platform conditions. Despite asking multiple times for clarification and evidence, I received no clear response. This shows a lack of transparency and professionalism. A trader invests time, money, and effort to pass evaluations, and such unfair actions destroy trust. A professional prop firm should: Provide clear violation proof Maintain transparency Respect traders who follow rules Unfortunately, my experience was completely opposite. I strongly advise traders to be cautious before choosing this firm.

I have been funded since September with a 100k account, and I have fully complied with all the rules and requirements. When requesting my second payout (+3.5%, same amount as the first one), which is now pending verification, I was falsely accused of using different IP addresses as a reason to delay or deny the payment. This accusation is completely untrue. I do not use VPNs, Expert Advisors, or any third-party tools. I trade exclusively from my mobile phone, and I have not traveled at all during the period in question. As proof, I provided a full bank statement for the entire month, showing daily transactions clearly stating Spain as my location. This objectively proves that I was physically in Spain the whole time. Despite this, I was told that this evidence is “not concrete enough.” I have now spent over three weeks trying to get this payout approved. Instead of clear answers or solutions, I only receive evasive and repetitive responses.

Currently I don't have problems with them there spread is very tight trading condition super friendly, fast execution I must say, customer care service very cool and understandable people and I just received my 4th payout from them good prop firm.

They have a good spread but very bad trading condition they said u violated a rule for nothing and I checked and didn’t see anything of me hitting daily draw down they can be better than what they are

Passed the challenge and received my first payout of $107.16 on my 5k account successfully. Support was responsive, especially regarding payout method clarification (Rise vs crypto). Once approved, the payout was processed as communicated. Rules are strict, so this firm suits disciplined traders rather than gamblers. From a payout and support standpoint, my experience has been positive.

The firms support while passing is so perfect . You pass your phase 1 and you get your phase 2 in a hour . And the trading conditions are awesome I started with just 17$ . You can do it too !

according to my own view this is best prop firm ever I trade because to much simple rules and interface of the website withdrawal are very smooth and friendly care support.

Good customer service but they can sometimes be annoying, slippage and midnight spread is something else, thier dashboard is userfriendly I don't really have much problem with the firm

Payout approved and received in crypto. After passing multiple phases and a review period, the firm honored the payout. Rules should be followed strictly, but if you trade clean, payouts are real. My experience has been positive.
