Got my 50K Blitz funded account today. Rules: 3% daily loss and 5% Max loss. When the loss reached $1156 they closed the trade automatically. I was literally looking at the screen when they did it. Even though daily loss was 3% ($1500). I reached out to support right away which takes hours to get back. They blamed it on slippage. It wasn't a time of low liquidity or news. I had the same trade (same pair and position size) in a different 100k Goat challenge account. No such slippage happened there( I have a video of it). So slippage only happen o...

Summary
Trade closed automatically. Account had 3%($1500) Daily loss and they closed at $1156. I had same trade and pair on different Goat Funded Challenge account. No such slippage there. There was no news or low liquidity time. Maybe there slippage only happen in funded account. Screenshot added where the rep admitted the loss wasn't $1500. But still breached it.

Customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting for my funded account for over 72 hours with no updates. Support has been giving only false promises: "Your request is escalated; you will receive an update in 12 hours." Guess what? No update, no contact, nothing. I was trading with them for 1 week on an instant funded account. During that week their MT5 platform went down for a whole day. They issued me a new account, a few days later I was $5600 in profit and they closed my account for copy trading between 2 accounts - when I have only ever had 1 account. The account number listed in the breach email was not mine. It's been 6 weeks and they haven't responded. I reached out on Twitter/X to their CEO and official page, then they blocked me.

The spreads and prices are good
They breached my account for no reason, their support cannot help as it’s the risk team that manage breaches but they haven’t responded once in 6 weeks. They also had MT5 down for a whole day so nobody could trade. This was all in my first 2 weeks of trading with them.

They said I was copy trading between 2 accounts, the accounts they listed in the email didn’t belong to me. I’ve only ever had 1 account with them so it made no sense. They haven't provided any evidence or replied to my emails at all.

I really appreciated the fast trade executions and tight spreads. The platform is user-friendly and stable, making it easy to manage my trades efficiently. Customer support was also quick and professional whenever I needed assistance.

I learnt a lot especially when I was only left with 1% to pass the funded account challenge. 'Don't' force a setup if it does not show, always stick to your plan. Use proper risk management, For example "risking $50 to make $200 not risking $200 to make $50" quote on quote.
