I've been trading with Hola Prime for quite a while now, and my experience has continued to be very positive. I'm now well into 15+ payouts with the firm, and I've had no issues with payouts so far. They've been consistently reliable and, in many cases, very fast. The only thing I've noticed recently is that the new review process (up to 24h after eligibility) before a payout request can add a bit of delay before you're able to resume trading once you've met the eligibility requirements. Stop loss rule limitation on 2step prime due to % risk calculation (due to rollover spread management approach) But they have had a new format 2step prime X that allow it.

Summary
My both accounts with ID: 99710 & 123796 Got breached , reasons stated were based on execution data. That trades executed at incorrect price that were not available in the underlying market at the relevant time. I want to make some points here this is currently not a traders fault as I was never notified by Holaprime that the firm was experiencing a glitch so i shouldn’t trade . It’s just happened. If I am breached for this reason it’s shows as a trader we are not safe trading with Holaprime cause we could run into any unknown issue, that can cost us our whole hard work , as some one that has been with holaprime for months I have made sure I respect and protect all listed rules from Holaprime. Breaching my account is not fair at all as this is a violation that seem like a trap because as a trader there is no way one could notice there was a glitch and price was incorrect. Without being notified by the firm , I am not working at the backend to be able to notice a glitch was on .and I took same trade on other firm and it’s no complaints, this shows I am about paying for the firms error. If the decision of breaching my account still stands it shows I was never treated with fairness but a biased decision. I here by speak with honesty as I have explained my whole predicament. That my account breached be reversed, thank you as I trust this firm .

The review identified trades that were executed at prices that were not available in the underlying market at the relevant time. We also appreciate that you have been trading with Hola Prime for several months and have made an effort to follow our rules. Nevertheless, the review is based on the trading activity actually recorded on the accounts and is not a judgement of your intentions or overall conduct. The decision was therefore based on the objective execution data associated with the affected trades, rather than any bias toward you or on the basis of account size. We acknowledge that you may disagree with the outcome; however, the breach remains valid. We remain committed to applying our rules consistently and fairly across all accounts and traders. Hola Prime removed the profits because my $2,609 winner represented 103.65% of net profit when Risk & Compliance reviewed the account. The winning trade was not oversized. 60% profit concentration rule after a high-R:R trade.
Summary
approximately $2,517 in profits were removed under the 60% profit concentration rule. One trade made $2,609 and represented 103.65% of my net profit at the specific time they chose to review the account. However, I consistently risked approximately $700 (1.4%) per trade, including on this winning trade. I had not requested a payout and my trading cycle was still active. I could have continued trading and brought the concentration below 60%. In my case, the 60% rule was applied in a way that worked entirely in the firm’s favor to deny my profits. They confirmed that the first profitable trade exceeding 60% does not automatically constitute a violation, yet Risk & Compliance can later decide when the same concentration becomes a breach. The published rule provided to me does not clearly define exactly when that happens. Hi Talha, We understand your concerns and appreciate you sharing your experience. However, we would like to clarify that the action taken on account was not based on the trade being profitable or on the risk allocated to the position. The account was reviewed because the trade in question generated $2,609 in profit, representing approximately 103.65% of the account’s overall net profit at the time of review. The concern therefore related specifically to profit concentration, which is separate from the 2% maximum risk-per-trade rule. We acknowledge that the trade itself was managed with approximately 1.4% risk and that the higher profit resulted from a favourable risk-to-reward outcome. Remaining within the individual risk limit, however, does not exempt an account from the separate requirement regarding concentration of profitability. For clarity, the 60% rule is not applied mechanically to the first profitable trade of a new trading cycle. Risk & Compliance considers the broader trading activity and whether the account's profitability has become disproportionately dependent on a single trade, trade idea, session, or isolated outcome. In this case, after reviewing the trading activity, the $2,609 outcome was determined to represent an excessive concentration of the account's profitability. The fact that no payout had been requested and that the trading cycle was still active does not prevent an account from being reviewed. The applicable rules allow trading activity to be assessed during the trading cycle rather than only when a payout is requested. We also acknowledge your point that the concentration percentage can change as additional trades are taken. This is precisely why the rule is assessed in the context of the overall trading pattern and sustainability of profitability, rather than treating every individual profitable trade as an automatic violation. The account action was therefore based on the Risk & Compliance review of the trading activity and the applicable Profit Concentration/Prohibited Trading Practices rule, rather than an attempt to withhold profits from a profitable trader. I've been with Hola Prime for almost 2 yrs and the experience has been amazing, the customer service is great, I just got help from Sophie the other day and she helped me in less than 2 minutes and yet I thought the issue would take much longer to resolve. I've also gotten a payout with Hola and I am happy to say it hits my bank account quicker than any live broker I've traded with.

Relatively new to prop firms, I highly recommend Hola prime! Customer support were also very helpful with any questions I had. Also once I had qualified for pay-out on my funded account the process was very simple which for someone relatively new was very comforting.
