Dear Clau, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We understand your issue regarding the account action and your frustration regarding this issue. However, we would like to clarify that the account was not breached simply because you used a VPS or smartphone to access your account. Following a review of the relevant account access patterns and device information, our Compliance and Risk Team identified that a device associated with your account was also used to access accounts belonging to other clients. Under Hola Prime’s Device Sharing policy, sharing an account or the device used to access Hola Prime accounts is considered a Prohibited Trading Practice and constitutes a breach of the applicable Terms of Service. The policy is in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of the trading environment and applies regardless of the account holder’s stated intention. The relevant evidence supporting this finding was shared with you during the review. Based on the available records and access patterns, the original finding remains valid and the account action therefore remains unchanged. We understand that you may disagree with the outcome; however, all findings are assessed based on the available account and platform records and are applied consistently across clients.
