few days ago i mailed them they said that your highest day is 11 april which is 2842 and in order to request payout you need to make 7105 i made but now they said that your highest day was 10 april which is 5500 i only booked 2800 dollar on 10 and rest on 11 as you can see and according to their rules and regulation only closed trades at the end of the day are counted as highest day but now they denied my payout without and reason please help me someone please i need this payout i want to go out for studies i also told my parents about going foreign but now what i havent sleep from 5 days all my and my parents hopes are broken bcs of this firm please give me my payout i am beggingn my account id is 3019349

I got 5% profit in funded stage with 200k account and submitted the withdrawal on Feb 29, 2024. In the next day, they had denied to payout 8k (80% of 10k profit) due to multiple IP's reason. It's a ridiculous reason as MFF also used this reason before to scam Vietnamese traders and got suing. This is their email: " Hi Hung As stated by George. We have found at least 9 different users who we believe to also be a part of this. Having multiple users on your IP is generally not allowed here at Instant Funding. Unless you can provide us with a valid reason, this would be okay to have one other user but nine users on a single IP would be a violation of the rules. If you are unable to prove why this is the case the accounts will need to be closed" Without any evidences, they decided to close my account and denied to payout! I also asked for the evidence since I only trade on my computer and my phone but they can't prove anything except their email which they used to accusing me!

Instant funding rejected my Payout of $6105 by giving the reason of IP Address Rule violation. I explained all the scenarios and explanations to the support team but the Support team does not even listen to my points and my explanations. I have provided all the evidence and also ready to give all further evidence and clarifications but their support team is just telling you have broken the rules and giving the chance to reset my account and forget about payout. They just given reason but not want to prove that reason. I am ready to prove but they don't even listen to me. According to me They have not proper evidence to prove my violation so they just ask for reset the account and start from zero.

It’s a great opportunity to make good money, but only if you’re truly a profitable trader who can stay disciplined, consistent, and follow all of the rules. The firm rewards traders who take risk management seriously and treat it like a business, not gambling. If you have the edge and the self-control, it’s a solid opportunity—but the rules have to be respected at all times.
What I like least is how strict the rules are. Even if you barely break a rule by one tick, and even if it’s a one-time mistake out of 100 trades, they’ll still shut the account down. There’s no real middle ground or flexibility—you don’t get a warning or a chance to correct it, you’re just forced to start over. If you’re not mentally prepared for that, it can feel pretty empty and can really mess with your confidence as a trader if you let it.

In simple terms, I risked or lost more than 3% of the account balance on a single trade idea, which their system classifies as gambling or over-leveraging. Even though it wasn’t intentional, the position size and exposure on that trade crossed their hard limit, and once that threshold is hit, it’s considered an automatic breach. Since this rule is strictly enforced on funded accounts, the account was closed as part of their risk management policy. The takeaway for me is that even one trade that slightly exceeds the allowed risk—whether from position sizing, volatility, or a fast move—can trigger a hard violation, so staying well under the limit and managing risk very conservatively is critical.

I liked the dashboard and the fact that they had discountoffers frequently. I also thought that I finally found a reliable firm when I got my first payout (turned out that I was wrong).
I dislike their spreads and that they denied my payout. I also dislike the fact that they breach a good trader when he becomes too profitable. I was also used in their email early april as one of the top payouts, and then they breached me just two weeks later.

Instantfunding denied my payout because they meant that the trades that was taken on my account was reversetrading of another account. The trades that they referred to had no similarities to reversetrading at all. The trades that was taken on my account had completely different lot sizes, opening times, closing times and duration of the trades as you can see in the shared document below which instantfunding themselves provided. This email they sent me of the trades just strengthens my case even more. My account (13350) held the first trade open for 3 hours whereas the trade they referred to as "reversetrading" my account, only held the trade open for 5 minutes! The second trade I took on my account was held for 2 hours whereas the other trade they referred to was only open for 1 minute! How can a propfirm categorize this as even close to reversetrading? These accusations are not backed by any sufficient evidence at all.
