I have one Instant Funding account. No copier, signals, public EA or manager. Login not shared. They matched my XAUUSD trades to two other tickets. My times are correct. Copy trading + shared IP address
Resumen
Account 8107219 was terminated on 1 September 2026 for alleged copy trading and a shared IP. I have only one Instant Funding account. No copier, signals, public EA or account manager. They compared my XAUUSD trades to other tickets. My open/close times are correct; the other tickets open and close at substantially different times. I asked for a second-by-second comparison. They never provided it. The IP was first logged on 8 July 2026. I was in Barcelona that day (Europe trip July–August 2026), using hotel / public Wi-Fi / mobile on a Spanish consumer network. No VPS or VPN. They later said the same IP appeared on five other independently KYC-verified accounts, but never named those accounts or showed they belong to me. On Trustpilot they first said the case was under review. On the support ticket and in later public replies they said the decision is final, travel is not an exemption, no refund, and I am banned from future accounts from the same device/network/region. I dispute that they have shown copy trading or that I operated multiple accounts. The time comparison and the five account numbers are still missing.

I had a serious issue with XAUUSD execution. I placed a 0.05 lot BUY with an SL at 4606.50 and planned risk of around $34, but the trade was closed at 4600.70, resulting in a $62.80 loss and account breach. I contacted Instant Funding and requested execution/tick data to explain the large slippage, but after more than 48 hours I have not received a response. I am requesting an independent review of this case and a transparent explanation of the execution.

I liked the simple dashboard and the overall ease of accessing the trading account and monitoring trades. The account setup was also straightforward.
The biggest issue I experienced was the unexpected slippage on my XAUUSD trade. I had placed a Stop Loss at 4606.50 with planned risk of around $34, but the position was closed at 4600.70, resulting in a $62.80 loss and account breach. Resumen
I placed a 0.05 lot BUY trade on XAUUSD with a Stop Loss at 4606.50. My planned risk was approximately $34, below the $50 maximum risk limit. However, the position was closed at 4600.70, resulting in a $62.80 loss and account breach. The trade opened at 13:03:52 UTC (14:03:52 GMT+1) and closed at 13:16:01 UTC (14:16:01 GMT+1). I checked the Forex Factory calendar for this period and there was no scheduled major USD news during the trade. The next listed USD event was Treasury Secretary Bessent Speaks at 18:00 GMT+1, several hours after my trade. I contacted Instant Funding and requested the execution/tick data explaining the 5.80-point difference between my SL and actual close price, but received no response after more than 48 hours. I am requesting an independent investigation of this breach.
