What I like the most about The5ers is their high level of professionalism and the genuine care they show toward their traders. Even as a funded trader, I had many questions, and their support team was incredibly patient and helpful, never rushing me even when the answers were already in the FAQ. Additionally, the payout process is very transparent; although it took 4 days, they stayed exactly within their promised timeframe, which builds a lot of trust. It’s a firm that actually delivers on its promises.
If I had to mention one thing, it would be the 'waiting anxiety' during the first payout process. While they do stay within the 2-4 business days rule, the status updates on the dashboard can feel a bit static while you're waiting for the funds to arrive. It would be even better if there was a more detailed live tracking or a notification once the TXID is generated, just to make the waiting period less nerve-wracking for first-timers.
