I successfully completed KYC with my original government-issued ID and personally attended the verification interview. During the interview, I was asked to explain an older trade without access to my trading history. Naturally, it was difficult to recall every detail from memory. Once I was allowed to review the dashboard history, I properly explained the trade and my strategy. I also offered to place a live trade to demonstrate full account ownership. Despite this, my account was terminated due to concerns about integrity and ownership, without providing specific evidence of any rule breach or third- party involvement. I am a genuine and profitable trader. I am sharing this experience respectfully in hopes of greater transparency and clearer communication for traders .
