I am making this report to inform traders about my experience with the 5% ERS evaluation and KYC process so others can make informed decisions before committing their time and money. I successfully passed Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 (Bootcamp), received confirmation, a funded account certificate, and my funded account status showed inactive and pending KYC.  I completed my KYC using the same government-issued ID and proof of address that were previously accepted and approved by sumsub and rise for verification and official documents, including agreements bearing the firm CEO’s signature, which I signed and had approved. Despite this, I was later informed by K**** that my identity was “unable to be verified” and that the decision was final, with no clear or detailed explanation provided. I asked reasonable questions about what failed, which document was rejected, and whether there was any alternative verification option, but no reasons were given. On Discord, D*** repeatedly responded aggressively to my complaints, closed or suppressed my tickets, and prevented escalation to higher departments, while insisting the decision was final without listening. This raises serious concerns because the same documents were previously accepted, no transparency was provided for the rejection, and no solution was offered after weeks of stress, sleepless nights, and analysis to pass all phases. Regardless of rankings, awards, or being listed as top firms in previous years, because those titles do not excuse poor transparency or support. While there have also been ongoing complaints from multiple traders about MetaTrader 5 lagging, dashboard issues, and trading disruptions since the first week, my primary concern remains the KYC handling and lack of accountability, and wherever my experience can reach, I will ensure other traders are informed so they can protect their time, effort, and capital.
