i have purchased multiple accounts with the 5ers in my last 4 years. i have purchased a 20k in november.i have passed both phases.december 9th i started my live account,i have made about 1850 up until the 20th of december.i was due for a withdrawel around the 24th.because i was due for a wd ,i told my son who is 20years old,2 also start a propfirm account with 5ers.rules are fair n easy.i submitted my wd on wednesday.i was then told,i have multiple accounts and different emails..which i was shocked..so i responsed and asked them,what u guys are talking about.after 3 days,i was told,i also have a 60k account.(my son bought this 1 thru propfirm match).after explaning them that the new account belongs 2 my son,we were told to do risk interviews which we both done....after that,i am told that went agaisnt 5ers rules.my son account is reinstated.but my 20k is terminated and withdrawel not paid.this is totally unfair and total robbery..i told 5ers 2 do a kyc on my son 2 verify tha account belongs 2 him.they not responding...

I raised a serious concern with The5ers regarding transactions that were flagged by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Their team informed me that the issue was under review by their legal department, yet even after more than 15 days, I have not received any response or resolution. For a matter as critical as an RBI-flagged transaction, such prolonged silence and lack of accountability from The5ers is extremely disappointing. It reflects poorly on their professionalism, reliability, and customer support

I started with the 5%ers around December 23 where I started a bootcamp for $1 which I found to be an amazing and unrivalled offer. I received an email last week where it stated that i need to clarify my account activity as they said that is linked with several additional accounts and the trading paterns are similar and also may share common device usage. I replied to them that regarding the account activity, the only device I am using is the MacBook and an Iphone. This is the only email address which I am using for trading on the platform and that I am aware that I am sharing the same IP address as my boyfriend who has his own account but we are living in the same rented apartment. I tried to search for the KYC verification to be complient but I understood that I should pass the evaluation steps in order to do that and i would be more that happy to do it if they provide me a link. Regarding the trading patters we learned the same strategies on price action therefore there could be some similarities, but the entries are different an TP as well. They said that they made an investigation and terminated both accounts without providing solid proof , as they insisted that i am using multiple accounts. Next time be more specific with your term and condition and write that there cannot be 2 people on the same IP address and you will terminate both of their accounts even if one of them is funded.

Even though I didn’t pass, I liked the structure and transparency of The 5%ers. A fair and professional prop firm.The support team is very good and 24/7.
