Funded trader experience off account. Customer support. My initial experience with customer support on 5ers was relatively positive, i was having difficulties with a funded discount proposed by propfirm match and lucas( believe that was the advusor name) went ahead and gave me a direct link of purchase for the same promotion 5% discount for new purchases and a new account post funded. The issue is i never recieved this promotion in full the second account was never provided in hub credit as promissed. Further inquires with customer support gave no further advancement so i gave up. Risk maneageament. After having being passed by the risk maneageament team a new strategy of maneageament proposed by then completely obliterated how i trade, this placed pressure on me and how i trade forcing me to trade outside of comodities, crypto and stocks which are my main watchlist. The risk maneageament team advisiror Georgia was polite, answered my questions and was flexible enough to adjust a share of the levrage upon request even so the additional rules initially proposed on first e-mail left me in a uncertain position where i needed to overtrade to try to reach daily targets. Discord The discord community us well moderated and propose educational talkshows with experienced funded traders and partners who have some expertise and highlight good content for traders, help-desk support also same as general chat support leaves to desire on terms of questions answered. Overall i cannot say its a terible firm but my overall experience as someone who did get funded after a exhausting 16 days challange is very negative.
