Best propfirm I've ever worked with, I've never had any problems with withdrawals, approvals, etc. I believe it's the best company I've ever worked with, withdrawals are processed very quickly, usually in less than 24 hours. I only had one incident once when I couldn't enter a transaction, but it was quickly resolved. I highly recommend it.

The5ers was my first prop firm i use. Luckily i got funded in my first account. The payout is fast and clear. Some hard time for me when i KYC my account a bit. Overall The5ers is ok to start your journey.

I’m reaching out to raise a concern regarding my recent experience with your $60K evaluation account. I successfully passed both Phase 1 and Phase 2, strictly following all rules. After reaching the 5% profit target on Phase 2, I assumed—as with Phase 1—that the account would be locked immediately. This was based on my previous experience with your system, where the account was frozen after completing Phase 1. However, the dashboard did not update or reflect that I had passed. I mistakenly believed I was on a demo account, as I had already hit the target. I didn’t check MT5 again, assuming it was locked like before. Unfortunately, I kept trading out of habit, thought i was on another account and only later was told I violated the daily loss rule after passing the challenge. The most frustrating part is that I later discovered many other traders reporting similar dashboard delays and confusion. This lack of dashboard update misled me, and I feel it’s extremely unfair to penalize a trader due to a system issue. Luckily, I have clear screenshots showing I reached the Phase 2 target—both from MT5 and the dashboard. Initially, I was told the account was invalid. It was only after I mentioned leaving a review that I was offered to restart from the beginning of the evaluation. I’m grateful for that, but it still feels unfair that I now have to redo the entire process despite passing it under the rules and i almost fail the challenge. Coming from a third-world country, this $60K account means a lot to me. It is a significant investment, both financially and emotionally. I trusted the firm because of its reputation as one of the top in the industry, and this experience has been disheartening. I will be sharing my experience, including the screenshots, not to harm the brand, but to advocate for fair treatment for traders—especially those like me who follow the rules and trust your systems. I sincerely hope this matter can be reviewed more transparently, and that the firm will take action to improve the dashboard update timing to avoid such cases in the future.
