ust wanted to share my experience with ThinkCapital for anyone considering them… So after two months of funded trading and completing my second payout cycle, they straight up denied my $4.4k payout (80% of $5,500 profit) and reset my account back to Phase 1. Here’s the full rundown: :white_check_mark: Passed both evaluation phases :white_check_mark: Maintained the SAME risk that I used during evaluations :white_check_mark: Never breached daily or max drawdown :white_check_mark: First payout (around $7.4k) already took them 8 days to process (slow, but I stayed patient) :white_check_mark: Continued trading as normal… Then, out of nowhere… when I requested my second payout: :triangular_flag_on_post: Payout denied :triangular_flag_on_post: Account reset :triangular_flag_on_post: Accused me of “gambling, punting, one-sided betting” :triangular_flag_on_post: ZERO prior warning :triangular_flag_on_post: No risk violation email :triangular_flag_on_post: No leverage reduction :triangular_flag_on_post: Nothing… just straight denial after I’d completed the payout cycle And now… they’re either short-staffed or completely ghosting me because I’ve been emailing for days with no proper response. For a firm that keeps hyping itself as “broker-backed” and “trader-first”, their professionalism and risk team behavior says otherwise. If you’re thinking of joining… be careful and read real trader experiences. I’ve moved on to better firms that don’t play these games.

Let's get to the facts: I had a funded account of 200,000, where I paid the add ons to guarantee a 90% profit and a maximum loss of 10%. I made a series of losing trades, losing as much as 8%, but I recovered the account and was 5% positive when I requested my withdrawal. And to my surprise (though not entirely, as I've recently seen several cases of people complaining about not receiving their money), the company simply claimed I had hedged as a group, which is impossible. I trade xauusd, and the few traders I know loathe it due to its high volatility. But the company, clearly intent on not honoring its commitments, simply makes excuses and presents no evidence for its claims (mainly because there's no evidence of something that simply didn't happen). So all I can say to investors looking to buy challenges in Prop Firms is: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THINK CAPITAL, AND IF YOU CAN, AVOID THINK MARKETS TOO, since Think Capital is powered by Think Markets.

my experience buying a 200 thousand dollar account at think capital, the customer service helped me because previously I couldn't log in because of the Indonesian region, it could be solved by using a VPN. hope fully I can successfully WD on other accounts, because this account is subject to daily dd violation :)

Imagine that you work continuously for 2 months, your payout request is rejected and your account is closed. The justification is called group hedging. You want evidence because you never did anything like that. but they say we can't send evidence. I can explain the set-up of my operations. I have never done hedge or copy trade, and I don't. In such an arbitrary way, you are raping people's money and more importantly their labor.
