Think Capital has been so far good and very fair trading spreads and support always there to help...I would go anytime with Think Capital again love the 1step challenge

This is my story. I had three 100k accounts with think capital, when i made my 1st profit on all the three accounts, they took 2 weeks to pay me but when i made more more on those accounts they decided to manually breach all the 3 accounts and they reset them to challenge phase 1. They told me to reduce the risk thats why they reset them, i was i like cool, i am a profitable trader, i will get all the 3 accounts back to funded but the moment i took all the 3 accounts back to funded. They refused to give me my funded accounts and they also dnt refund...

I am writing here because of the accusations they have made. I do not accept the above accusations so I have sent them many emails but have not received a reasonable answer. They accused me of violating the group account trading rules but have not provided any evidence and still maintain their decision not to pay me.

I have an account with them, which is a 10k account and the experience with them is going very very fine and I’m loving the app and the platform too.

Based in my experience, i can boldly say that Think capital is one of the best snd professional prop firms you could think of.. With simple and clear rules, tight spread and almost 0 slippage.. I've processed 4 smooth payouts already and still counting... One thing i don't like is their payout speed, but i know they'll improve.. Overall I'll give them a 9.3/10💪

Let's get to the facts: I had a funded account of 200,000, where I paid the add ons to guarantee a 90% profit and a maximum loss of 10%. I made a series of losing trades, losing as much as 8%, but I recovered the account and was 5% positive when I requested my withdrawal. And to my surprise (though not entirely, as I've recently seen several cases of people complaining about not receiving their money), the company simply claimed I had hedged as a group, which is impossible. I trade xauusd, and the few traders I know loathe it due to its high volatil...

I've been trading with ThinkCapital for a while now, also received my first payout recently. Never had any issues, great customer support, and fair conditions. In my opinion one of the top players in the industry right now. They offer suitable programs not only for experienced traders, but also for beginners. Keep up the good work!

I’ve had 12 payouts with this firm so far, totaling multiple five-figures, and every single one was processed smoothly within 2–3 business days. The only time there was a slight delay was due to a standard risk interview, but the staff were professional, transparent, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Trading conditions are competitive, spreads and execution are solid, and the overall experience has been excellent. They have been reliable and trustworthy, and I’d confidently recommend them to any serious trader.

Imagine that you work continuously for 2 months, your payout request is rejected and your account is closed. The justification is called group hedging. You want evidence because you never did anything like that. but they say we can't send evidence. I can explain the set-up of my operations. I have never done hedge or copy trade, and I don't. In such an arbitrary way, you are raping people's money and more importantly their labor.
