Experienced problems every time when logging into the client portal, support was great and the over all trading experience was great. I breached my account because I did not properly reviewing the terms & conditions.

Trading condition like spread/slippage is fine.Fast response on enquiry and fast payout. First payout from them, and it takes only 3-4 hours to complete the process.

I purchased a $5000 challenge back in August 2025 on Top One Trader. I passed the Challenge within 2-3 months and got my funded account in October 2025. Rules are there and you need read through, good thing is there is soft breach can trigger you. Everything is fast, from step to funded. Payout within day. Actually only less than 3 hour approve.

I like TopOne's available assets and good spreads, user-friendly dashboard, and I've never had any issues with them. However, I end up losing my account because of their 1% risk policy.

Unnecessary account breach I opened an 'Instant Account' with Top One Trade on March 31, 2026, which included a trailing loss rule. My total daily loss limit was around 153; I placed one bad trade that resulted in a loss of approximately 148, and they breached my account. When I contacted support, I received no solution-the support service is absolutely terrible.

This challenge opened a lot doors for me and I thank top one for being user friendly and very helpful in my trading career. The other thing is their customer service that is excellent

Clear rules and impeccable customer service: real people communicate with you, not bots. My first payout was rejected due to a clear rule I hadn't seen (my fault), but the second payout was accepted and validated within minutes. I recommend it!
