The loss limit was reached, but the account loss didn't reach the specified amount. I've been contacting support for over a week, and they keep saying that the loss limit displayed on the dashboard isn't necessarily accurate. And there's a small square on the dashboard that's the real one. This is the first time in my life I've heard of this.

very good firm but , they have some weird rules about stop loss and it really not good because how can we have to pay for account and still pay for add no stop loss , the firm is good , although i havent recieved payout from them but i have seen a lot of reviews and i think that is a good start , i will continue trading with this firm to get my first payout
