I don't have anything to complain about this prop. They have great trading conditions (no commissions as well) and MT platforms. They say they pay in 48 business hours but I've always received my pay-outs in 24 business hours or even less. I'm with them since December and I had zero problems. Their customer support in top-notch. You can easily open a ticket in Discord and they will reply immediately. I am extremely disappointed with ACG and want to share my experience. I successfully passed a 2-step 50K challenge, and my first KYC process was initially approved. Unfair account closure and payout denial I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of AlphaCapital regarding the closure of my trading account (1671170) and the denial of my profit withdrawal on November 27th. I had a 100k account and I should be entitled to 3472.68USD (80% of the profits I made). I provided detailed evidence to the company, explaining that the trades they flagged as “order book spamming”—nearly three months prior to the payout request — were made in response to volatile market conditions, with no intent to exploit or manipulate their platform. They also resulted in a net loss and had no connection to the legitimate profits I earned. My trading behavior and history clearly do not reflect someone attempting to exploit the system, and I believe they are fully aware of this. I have had this account for over three months, and this was my first withdrawal request. This is not the behavior of a trader who is trying to exploit the system. I also raised this issue publicly on TrustPilot, where the company responded: "Although the spamming breach did not result in profit, this point is not relevant. The fact remains that our rules were violated." This response is both illogical and unjust. The core issue is that my trading activity was not order book spamming in the first place. ___ What is Order Book Spamming? Order book spamming is a market manipulation tactic where traders place large numbers of fake or misleading orders to create a false impression of supply and demand, deceiving other market participants and influencing asset prices. ___ It is completely unreasonable to classify my trading activity as order book spamming based on two trades of 0.25 lots on USDCAD or a handful of 1-2 lot trades on USTEC while DCA’ing during market volatility—which are the trades they flagged. To make matters worse, AlphaCapital even flagged my TrustPilot review as fake in an attempt to silence me. I was forced to submit proof of my experience to get my review reinstated. Shortly after, they banned me from their platform and revoked my access to my dashboard entirely. I am still waiting for AlphaCapital to reconsider their unfair decision and allow me to withdraw the legitimate profits I worked hard to earn.

Hit a wall after clearing eval (1mo+ grind). Issue? KYC - birthplace in restricted country = instant reject. Doesn't matter about current nationality/citizenship/residency. Ironic - if passports didn't show birthplace, wouldn't be an issue. Support's worthless - copy-paste replies after days. Other firms don't care about birth country, but here it's a deal-breaker.

Although I haven't passed this challenge, I had a very pleasant experience trading with ACG. The execution is great, spreads are good as well, and the trading conditions in general. Rules are clearly defined, and although they are difficult to pass, a trader is well aware of what he must and must not do to pass a challenge. Lot size rules and trading conditions for Oil, as 1 lot equals to 10 barrels and is subject to lot size restrictions - you can easily get a breach of your account if you don't pay attention.
