My payout of 6.5k$ was rejected due to a violation of max lot size. To cut the story short, this account was accused under the 1% risk management group where the max lot size of a 50k funded account was 5 and I got trades that were executed of 7 lot sizes twice where hereto caused the reason for payout rejection and account closure. Requested first payout with it it was a big amount nearly 9k dollars then got email for interview i scheduled for interview still before 3-4 days of interview got email that you accounts are closed and you're ineligible for payout what happened god knows what they've done to me, denied my hard earned payout.

traded the account, got phase1 passed and phase 2 passed in two weeks. during verification got verified then risk team created a rules tricking the 2 minutes trades not making up to 50% of evaluation. I made 20% of the less than 2 min but they calculated successfully trades not adding the loosing trades which is absurd , we are in trading, you check pnl not just profits without loses. proposing I restart evals again then I said not worth trusting. even if I wish to get a payout its gonna be dumb rules again. please stick to big firms not time waster...

Based on my experience with Alpha Capital Group, I found the trading conditions to be good, with competitive spreads and generally helpful customer service. The rules are reasonably clear and transparent I highly recommend this firm.

Their customer service is superb, ready to assist any day including weekends. Trading condition are impeccable. Once you request for a payout and your method of payment is ok, their turn around time is excellent, you actually get your money before that time lapses.
