There is a mysterious trade that was opened in my account, and the closing price shown is impossible because the market never reached that price on that day. After that, this became the worst experience I have ever had. The resolution provided is also unacceptable because I never opened that trade in the first place.

La experiencia con FundedNext ha sido bastante buena. He estado usando esta empresa durante poco más de un año, y debo decir que no he tenido ningún tipo de problema. Ofrecen descuentos muy buenos para adquirir cuentas fondeadas, la interfaz es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. El servicio al cliente es excelente, y su comunidad de Discord es una de las mejores, responden muy rápidamente. En cuanto a payouts, no he tenido la suerte de hacer uno aún, así que no daré una opinión, pero conocidos que han retirado dinero dicen que les ha ido super bien.

FundedNext has been a great experience for me. The rules are clear, the platform runs smoothly, I especially like the flexibility in their challenge models and the high profit split. It’s a solid prop firm for traders who are serious and disciplined.

Had an issue logging into my Stellar 1-Step account, but the customer support team was helpful and responsive. The issue was eventually resolved, and I was able to log in successfully. Overall, a good support experience.

Absolute irresponsibility and zero respect for traders' time and capital! I previously had an account with FundedNext, but due to losing access to my old email, I had to create a new account on their platform and purchase a new challenge. After weeks of trading and putting in the work, their risk and compliance team suddenly deactivated my account under the pretext of an "account duplication" check! It has been 2 weeks now, and despite sending multiple emails, I have received zero response. This behavior shows a total disregard for a trader's time...

Realmente amo esta prop firm. Nunca he tenido ningún problema con mi cuenta y además el servicio al cliente es realmente bueno. Los payouts también son fluidos. Nunca tarda más de un par de días en los payouts. Realmente estoy teniendo una buena experiencia con esta prop firm.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with FundedNext. During my compliance interview, I fully cooperated with the Risk Team and answered every question they asked. At no point during the meeting was I informed that I had violated any rule or that there was an issue requiring clarification.
