Their customer service is one of the best I've experienced friendly, professional and always quick to respond whenever I needed help, Whether I had questions about my account or any other thing, the support team provided clear answers without delay. I want to warn all traders about FundedNext, especially if you are looking at their Stellar accounts. I worked hard to earn a $100 payout from another prop firm. After seeing all their good promotions and honestly thinking they were one of the best options out there, I decided to put that hard-earned money into a 1-Step Stellar 6K account. After I successfully cleared all the challenges at Stella Lite, I was rejected during the interview stage. When I asked for the reason, I was told that I did not answer the questions correctly; however, the interview was conducted without any prior information regarding its format. This is a terrible practice that has caused me great distress. I am issuing this warning so that others do not invest and get deceived.

Honestly, I liked everything about the firm before this incident. I had accounts breached in the past for violating the 70% margin rule; I accepted those mistakes, continued with them, and they paid me every time without issues except in this case of margin, they breach my account. Everything was perfect until this unjustified 'Copy Trading' flag. I am a loyal customer, not a rule-breaker, which is why this technical error is so frustrating.
What I liked the least is that despite their claims of having performed a human review, it is technically so obvious that these are not the same trades that it feels like no real manual check ever happened. It is frustrating that they stand by a flawed automated decision even when presented with clear evidence of timing gaps and price discrepancies that make copy trading mathematically impossible.

Account ID: 13904485 Reason given by firm: Trade Pattern Violation (Copy Trading) Technical Rebuttal: The "breach" flagged by FundedNext's automated system is technically impossible based on the following evidence: Significant Execution Gaps: Out of the 23 trades provided as "evidence," the vast majority show entry delays ranging from 20 seconds up to 4 minutes. In the US30 (Dow Jones) during the New York Open, these time differences represent completely different market prices and conditions. No copy trading software operates with a 4-minute delay. Price Discrepancies (Gaps): There are price differences of up to 70 pips between my entries and the alleged "source" account. Since my strategy uses a 50-pip Stop Loss, it is mathematically impossible to copy a trade with a 60 or 70-pip gap; the trade would have been invalidated or stopped out immediately. Low Statistical Correlation: Only 8% (2 out of 23) of the trades show both similar timing and similar price. An 8% coincidence in a high-volume index like US30 is statistically normal for manual traders operating during the NY Open and does not constitute "copy trading." Lack of Management Data: FundedNext has failed to provide Closing Times, Closing Prices, TP, or SL data. They are accusing me based solely on entry points, ignoring that the management and outcome of my trades are unique. Transparency & Resolution Efforts: I have fully cooperated to clear this mistake. I provided a recorded interview explaining my manual strategy and even offered to trade LIVE or provide screen recordings of my sessions. Despite these efforts and the fact that they refunded my fee (acknowledging the lack of solid proof), they refuse to conduct a manual human review of the technical discrepancies.

I’m really happy how FundedNext is handling in their communication and actions. Payouts are really fast and they set your account open directly after passing the challenges. I’ve bought my second challenge after my first payouts and I’m almost done with stage 2. And almost ready to get my third payout on this account 15k account.

my time with fundednext has been fair enough. i got the chance to explore different trading packages such as the stellar lite which are good since they accomodate traders of different types and budget targets. their customer experience wa great and fair trading conditions however some of their rules were slightly demanding more discpline from a trader. overally they are great and reliable for trader targeting growth even if i failed the challenge.

they offer several account sizes and unique different packages, the stellar lite, the standard , which offer trades reliable options to choose from suiting their budget capacity and trading nature.
some of their rules were unfavorable to my trading style and their dominant consistency rules was really restraining one from flexibly trading to their level best as one may have to cut profit even with good setups and this can be really limiting a trader to growth.

I initially thought this to be the best prop firm but not anymore. After qualifying for a live account, I , at some point had trades running the day before the end of my trading cycle even though payout was due. I realized that they closed all the running trades including those that were in drawdown automatically. On asking, they said that's what they do when a cycle ends. What's the rational? Resumen
I had two running trades which closed in profit. One of them was in breach because it had no SL. The other one was not. Despite that, they deducted 100% profit from both entries and reduced my allowable risk from 3% to 1% with out any warning. I find that unjustified, punitive and unreasonable.
