System issue caused a false payout denial but after so much back and forth we they finally understood how it wasnt a news issue, but had to show them video even after I sent them the video they said risk team decided it was a violation and all had to try 3 to 4 times but it worked thank to Priya who came in and overlooked the case

My overall experience is very nice with instant funding . I am telling u that if u follows all the rules they will surely give u tha payout. Its the single firm I trade , I dont trade any other cfd firm because I dont find any issues with it it's costing is very less than other firm rules are similar , then why should I consider other firm.

KYC verification failure and rule violation
Resumen
At first, they claimed that my KYC verification had not been approved. After I proved that my KYC had already been successfully approved, they accused me of violating their rules. However, they have been unable to provide any evidence or even specify which rule I allegedly violated. Update: They still haven't given me my payout after I commented here, but they did give me my $207 fund purchase fee. I still don't think my problem is solved.

I purchased two $300K instant funded accounts from this firm. After failing my first account, I made over $12,000 in profit on my second and requested a payout of $10,916. IP sharing violation and Copy Trading
Resumen
They suddenly terminated my account, accusing me of “IP sharing” and “copy trading violations.” My account was deactivated, and I lost access completely. I spent the next two months following up via email and even requested a Zoom call so I could prove my trades were legitimate. They refused every time, repeating the same generic response: “our system detected it and the decision is final.” The only “evidence” they provided was an Excel sheet showing just two trades. These trades were from my old (already breached) account, and even then, the details didn’t match—the account sizes, entry times, and exit times were all different. In fact, I entered those trades before the so-called “other trader” and exited earlier as well. This clearly disproves any claim of copy trading. I have no connection with any other trader, and I do not engage in copy trading. Their conclusion is baseless.

Hi, We would like to clarify the timeline and findings regarding your payout request and subsequent account review. Your payout request was submitted via Rise on January 29, 2026. As part of the standard payout process, customers are required to complete the Rise onboarding process before the payout review can begin. This is an external onboarding requirement and not a delay caused by our side. Our support team also assisted you throughout this process and provided clarification regarding the required steps. Once the Rise onboarding was completed, the payout review commenced. During this review, on 03/02/2026, your account activity was flagged and reviewed for prohibited trading behaviour. Following a detailed investigation, the account was confirmed to be engaged in copy trading activity in breach of our Trading Rules and Terms & Conditions. Supporting evidence relating to the violation was shared with you during our communication. We would also like to clarify that at no point did we reverse or withdraw our findings regarding the violation. Our position remained consistent throughout the review process. Regarding your concern that the trades could not constitute copy trading because your entries occurred slightly earlier than the compared account, please understand that exact timestamp matching is not the sole factor used in identifying copy trading behaviour. Our review confirmed that: 1. The trades were executed within an extremely short timeframe 2. The same instruments and trade directions were used 3. The opening and closing patterns were closely mirrored across accounts Additionally, differences in lot sizes do not invalidate copy trading classifications, as such variations can naturally occur due to account size differences, scaling methods, or varying risk parameters. Our systems assess the overall behavioural correlation and consistency of trading activity rather than relying solely on identical execution times or lot sizes. Based on the complete evidence reviewed, the activity matched established copy trading indicators and was therefore confirmed as a violation. As outlined in our Trading Rules and Terms & Conditions, all trading activity must be conducted independently. Any form of mirrored or replicated trading behaviour across accounts is strictly prohibited. Following multiple reviews by the relevant teams, the violation remains valid and the decision is final. It's a real shame. I'm disappointed. I had set a stop-loss lower than 1% risk per trade, but due to candle slippage, that risk was reached. We completely understand why being able to continue trading after June 22, 2026, only to face an account cancellation at the payout phase, feels incredibly confusing and frustrating. To clarify how our risk assessment works technically: when a severe slippage event or high-volatility price movement pushes a trade past our maximum risk parameters (such as the 1% limit), the system automatically logs a hard breach on the server backend at that exact millisecond. While the trading terminal itself may sometimes remain temporarily open, the account is structurally flagged as invalid for funding. These flags are then thoroughly audited by our compliance team during the formal payout review process, which is when the final cancellation is officially processed. Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that the XAUUSD trade in question recorded a loss of $50.32. As per the IF Micro trading guidelines, the Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea rule permits a maximum risk of 1% of the starting account balance on a single trade idea. For a $5,000 funded account, this means the maximum permitted threshold is $50.00. The recorded loss of $50.32 therefore exceeded the permitted limit by $0.32, and as a result, a hard breach was triggered and the account was closed in accordance with our published trading policies. We do acknowledge that the margin by which the threshold was exceeded is very small. However, our trading guidelines apply uniformly across all funded accounts, and even a breach of $0.01 above the permitted limit constitutes a violation. Regarding your mention of slippage, we understand that market conditions can sometimes cause execution prices to differ from the intended Stop Loss level. A Stop Loss functions as a trigger instruction rather than a guaranteed execution price. Once the trigger level is reached, it converts into a market order and the final fill price is determined by the available market liquidity at that moment. Differences in price may occur due to volatility, spread widening, or fast market movement. Slippage does not exempt a trade from the Maximum Risk Per Trade Idea rule, nor does it retroactively alter the risk that was placed at the time of entry.
