Group trading without any evidences, only accusion
Resumen
I got 5% profit in funded stage with 200k account and submitted the withdrawal on Feb 29, 2024. In the next day, they had denied to payout 8k (80% of 10k profit) due to multiple IP's reason. It's a ridiculous reason as MFF also used this reason before to scam Vietnamese traders and got suing. This is their email: " Hi Hung As stated by George. We have found at least 9 different users who we believe to also be a part of this. Having multiple users on your IP is generally not allowed here at Instant Funding. Unless you can provide us with a valid reason, this would be okay to have one other user but nine users on a single IP would be a violation of the rules. If you are unable to prove why this is the case the accounts will need to be closed" Without any evidences, they decided to close my account and denied to payout! I also asked for the evidence since I only trade on my computer and my phone but they can't prove anything except their email which they used to accusing me!

This firm is considerable in 2024. I bought a 1250$ instant funded account. I made profits on that account. Took a payout and scaled it to the 2.5k. but after that I loosed that account due to excitement and over risking 😭 now I feel regret. But overall my experience was very i got payout within an hour.

La puntuación que generé desde mi perspectiva se basó en mi experiencia con esta empresa. Ignoran tus preguntas sobre el problema, el canal de correo electrónico de soporte no responde los emails, ignoran tus preguntas sobre el problema en Discord, e incluso te bloquean. Es muy difícil dar una buena puntuación a este tipo de empresa.

I sent an email to support to find out the reason and they didn't respond, but in their automatic email, a DD violation was reported, which is not real.
Resumen
A DD violation occurs when a given trade reaches the daily drawdown limit or the total drawdown limit. In my case, none of my trades reached this level. I can confirm this with my trade history.

Customer care is up and doing. They reply almost instantly both on discord and email. I had no issue with the trading conditions, it was excellent. The dashboard and UI isn't the mose friendly, you have to get used to it to use it effectively and properly. For payouts, I didn't make it to payout but I saw some reviews from people I know saying there's a slight delay in payouts; approximately 48hrs or more.
