Instantfunding is one of the best propfirms offering giveaway accounts to traders to test their platform. However my experience with them showed that they have a high commission charges, huge swaps charges and poor entry margins. Their support is run by a single person and it takes a lot of time days to have response.

this is my 4th payout They started to find various excuses to refuse to pay me. I was trading with a fixed stop loss of 1%. The customer support is arguably the worst I've encountered. I sent over five emails, only to receive generic, copy-pasted responses. Shockingly, they even got my name wrong, despite it being clearly stated in every email. When pressed about the account retry policy, their response was an infuriating evasion: "we can only give retry if a senior says so and they can't reach out to seniors neither can you." This crucial caveat is nowhere mentioned in their FAQ or on their website, highlighting a deliberate concealment of vital information.
