Recientemente pasé un challenge de una fase con una cuenta micro de 200k y había comenzado a tradear la cuenta fondeada. Debido a un error en el sistema, la cuenta fue cancelada erróneamente. Después de contactar al soporte varias veces, el personal de soporte Uday fue de tremenda ayuda: no solo reactivó mi cuenta sino que también hizo un reset. No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre esta firm. Si alguien quiere una firma sólida y confiable que se preocupe por sus traders, ¡no busque más, estás en el lugar correcto!

One the best propfirms in term of account policies, static drawdown on instant accounts, further multiple evaluation programs and choose whatever suits you best. Slippage is a bit abnormal sometimes but that can be fixed if you pick a raw spread account instead of commission free. Payouts policies are quite flexible as well.

I passed the challenge, got funded, followed their dashboard for daily and overall loss. My account still got breached but I was nowhere near loss limit, not at all. The customer support started with saying 2 days resolution time and it kept on increasing, currently after 4 days they are saying 9+ more days (84 working hours).

Your account was initially reinstated following a wider technical issue that affected multiple accounts and required escalation to our technical team. Once resolved, we clarified the dashboard values in detail. You also acknowledged the clarification regarding the 7% maximum drawdown update and confirmed that you understood the expectations moving forward.
