I have been working with the 5ers for over a year now with 6 pay outs this year. The most important thing for trades when it comes to prop firms is the ability to get them withdrawals after working hard. from my 6 payouts, i have never been denied a single cent that i have worked for. to add on this i do salute the customer service because each time i have faced a technical problem, i was get a response and the problem is always addressed so this is also very important for me.

I had two funded accounts with The5ers ($100k and $60k), and both were terminated unexpectedly. I have always traded my own strategy and followed the rules to the best of my knowledge. I never copied trades or shared my account with anyone. Despite that, both accounts were terminated for an alleged policy violation, and I lost all the progress and payouts I had worked hard for. Been with the5ers for 3 years, and tbe best propfirm out there. I've tried many more, but they just couldn't beat The5ers. Spreads are near zero, markets conditions are the same as the one on my charts, support responds instantly. Just got my payout in less than 2 hours.

Very disappointing experience with The5ers. I followed every rule, passed two challenges, and went from $50K to $100K funded. Yet my first $6K payout was refused after an interview, claiming my strategy “doesn’t work” with them. The language barrier made the interview even harder, especially as AI was used to translate what I was saying. The same strategy was accepted without any issue by another prop firm.
