No Doubt lucid is number one firm in future industry they have an insane payout speed i had taken 3 payouts with them and all 3 processed within secs if you will request in their working hours then payout will not take more than 10 mins to hit in your account. Lucid closed my account over an alleged MLL breach but failed to provide a clear technical audit, exact calculation, or meaningful human support. I repeatedly requested the breach timestamp, account equity used, and detailed explanation of how the system determined the violation, but only received generic responses. Traders should fully understand Lucid’s trailing drawdown system before risking capital and should document every trade and account balance carefully.

Due to the lack of transparency surrounding my account closure, the inability to obtain a clear technical explanation, and unresolved discrepancies in the account records and calculations, I no longer have confidence in this firm. I requested a detailed review and audit but did not receive sufficient clarification. As a result, I believe I should be refunded the $92.50 I paid for this account, as the service was terminated under circumstances that remain unclear and unsupported by a transparent explanation.
What I liked least was the lack of transparency and accountability regarding my account closure. I repeatedly requested a detailed explanation, trade verification, and a clear calculation showing how the alleged MLL breach occurred, but I did not receive sufficient information. Because of the unresolved discrepancies and the inability to obtain a meaningful review, I no longer have confidence in this firm and believe the $92.50 I paid for the account should be refunded.

Honestly, they're very good; it's one of the cheapest and easiest to use, I haven't seen any drawbacks to Lucid Trading so far. They should just advertise a bit more so that new traders can take advantage of their excellent service.

Very bad customer support, they have breached my account wrongly, I have opened 30 micro lot of gold at 22:16:39 at 27 may, but immediately my account breached with 3706$ loss within 1 millisecond, order opening and closing time same 22:16:39, and gold price move in my direction at that time it should be profitable but it close my trade in loss.
