Have been trading with lucid quite some time now and have been moved to live also earlier and what I like most about lucid is it's customers support. And quick payment.

I haven't been trading with this prop firm for very long, so I haven't reached my first payout yet. However, my experience so far has been very positive. The platform runs smoothly, the rules are clear and easy to follow, and everything feels transparent. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I've had a question. Based on my experience so far, it seems like a reliable company.

Customer service is good. Rules are good too but they are meant to keep you in the game if you cross those youll be punished. Payouts are easy af. Received 4 digit payouts in minutes.

They're super quick with support, always putting customers first. Every time I had a question, they sorted it out fast. The challenge rules are clear, and payouts and withdrawals are quick.

LUCID denied my 6K payout saying "Cross-user hedging activity" All my access have been revoked, now i can't access my trades history or anything. I have posted on X, the post got over 110k views, yet no reply from them. Just a cold ban & no acknowledgement. Multiple people raises the question, no reply to it also. I started trading December and received 4k payout & then my losing steak continued. I started trading back 2 months ago, purchased 1 account, passed, received 2000$, Using that purchased 2 more, passed both, Received 4k from them and while...
