Performance Fee On-Demand: Alpha Capital has introduced the option of Performance Fee On-Demand for Alpha Pro, Swing, One, and Three accounts. This feature allows traders to request a payout whenever they choose, provided the following requirements are met:
- Adherence to the 40% Best Day Rule
- A minimum of 2% of gross profits in the account balance
This payout option can be selected during account purchase

1. Drawdowns: A 5% maximum trailing drawdown and a 3% balance-based daily drawdown apply.

APEX 3.0 Update – PA Trading Rules
These new rules apply only to PA Accounts (NOT Evaluation Accounts):
- Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) rule has been removed – Traders can now add to losing positions without any restrictions.
- Restrictions on Bracket Breakout Strategies have been removed.
- News Trading, Bots, and Automated Strategies are allowed in PA accounts.
- Contract Scaling Rules: Traders can trade half contracts until the trailing threshold is reached, after that they can trade the full contract size.
- Risk Management Guidelines: 5:1 risk-to-reward ratio is now allowed (previously 4:1).
- Consistency Rule (30%): Trades with unrealized losses exceeding 30% of total profits may result in the forfeiture of profits from that trade. Once traders double their safety net, this limit can be increased to 50%.
Introducing a new trading plan: The Milestone plan has been added to the available trading plans.
New platform: Goat Funded Trader has added cTrader to their offered platforms.
Copy trading rule updates: Copy trading via platforms that require API access is no longer permitted. Traders must manually copy their trades, with the exception of cTrader platform.
Risk Rules Update:
- 10% Tolerance for Risk/Volume Increases: You can now increase your risk/volume by up to 10% once funded.
- All FX Pairs Now in the Same Instrument Class: If you trade any FX pair during the challenge phase, you are now allowed to trade all FX pairs — Majors, Minors, and Exotics — once funded.
Performance Bonus Update: The performance bonus has been changed to be awarded from the fourth successful payout instead of the first. The bonus amounts to 0.25% of the initial account size.
FXIFY: New Updates for All Programs
- Introduced new account size: 5K Accounts are now available.
- Increased the Default Profit Split on challenges from 75% to 80%.
- Adjusted the Daily Drawdown levels on challenges:
- 1 Phase: Adjusted to 3%
- 2 Phase: Adjusted to 4%

Qualified Account Minimum Trading Days Update: On a funded account, you are required to meet a minimum of 5 trading days. A trading day is defined as a day when a trade is executed with a lot size and hold time similar to your usual trades. For instance, if you typically trade 0.05 lots, then a trade with 0.02 lots would count. However, if you usually trade 20 lots, then a trade with 0.02 lots would not count. If you reduce your trade size to 5 lots, that would count, provided the trade duration is similar to your usual trades.
Note: This requirement applies only to the first payout cycle on a funded account and does not result in a soft or hard breach.
Removed Daily Loss Limit on TopstepX:
Starting from August 25th, new TopstepX accounts will no longer have a Daily Loss Limit. This change applies only to Trading Combines and Express Funded Accounts on the TopstepX platform.
Alpha Pro Program Update: Holding trades over the weekend is now restricted on Pro qualified accounts.
Holding trades over the weekend on funded Alpha Pro accounts will result in a soft breach, with profits being reversed.
Pro qualified accounts are able to switch from Pro to Swing if traders wish to hold trades over the weekend.
New payment method: Added PayPal to payment methods.
New Feature: add-on feature (Trade shield)
If you reach the Daily Loss Limit on your account you will get soft breach. Your account will be prevented from placing any new trades until the start of the next trading day.

Breach Rule Update: Negative Available Margin or Hedging Between Different Accounts,
If your account is found with a Negative Available Margin or Hedging Between Different Accounts, you will receive a Soft Breach instead of a Hard Breach. Only the trades that caused the breach will be closed, enabling you to resume trading on the affected accounts without disruption.
NOTE: If a Negative Available Margin is detected, the relevant account will always be subject to a Soft Breach. However, if Hedging Between Different Accounts is detected, a Soft Breach will be issued only once. After this initial Soft Breach, the relevant accounts will be subject to a Hard Breach.
