The prop firm is a good firm during my trading days with them it was so good and their customer support is top notch, a day before I'm supposed to get my first payout from them i lost the account so i could not get the payout but others review was encouraging so I'm trying to get back to them by getting an account again cause i believe in them.

I requested a payout from my account, everything was done legally and within the rules, the payout was rejected due to news trading, my trade was opened at 4:26 p.m. and the news was at 4:20 p.m., so it was outside the prohibited window, they later wrote that it was gambling behavior even though it is outside the prohibited window. On their website it is stated that one should not enter 2 minutes before and 2 minutes after strong news, this was observed, my trade was opened 6 minutes after the news. I have all the evidence of their emails in which they make up reasons just to not pay the money. If they are not going to pay out the legally earned money, then they should at least remove themselves from this site and let people know that they are scammers.

Everything started on the 12th of July; 10 days from my payout. Alpha terminated my 25,000$ funded account contract. I had two 25,000$ accounts with them as I had been gifted by one of their influencers at this time. Hi There, Our systme monitors IP addresss and CIDs for every single access to both accounts, placing/amending a trade and logging to the trader dashboard or making a payment. All are cross refenced to flag dupliceta when more than one individual is using the same device to access multiple accounts. This is a clear breach of our T&Cs under our Group trading/ Account management & KYC policy. A Device CID is a unquie ID given to every device, mobile, PC, Ipad etc, there should under no circumstnaces be the same device used to access 2 seperate individuals accounts at any point in time. We understand you may be frustrated with this outcome, however, we must ensure safe practises. All clients must follow the rules of terms of services in order to continue to use our services.
