Alpha capital is an institution that has its own treasury. After a few payments, they either request a meeting or try not to pay your earnings by using your transactions as an excuse. Definitely stay away. You are dishonorable, you are looking for an excuse not to pay my earnings. They do not notify you of the mistake you made without realizing it until the withdrawal is made. You continue trading without knowing this. If you win, they will delete all your winnings except for the violation, under the pretext of deletion. They ignore all your efforts...

At first, I thought they were an excellent institution in everything. indeed it was. But when he started earning high profits, they also changed. There's nothing to like about an institution that doesn't pay dividends.
After a few payments, they used all kinds of excuses to not pay the winnings. They told me that I was gambling. I proved that I was not gambling. This time, they said that you cannot make transactions from 2 accounts with the same parity. They deleted my total earnings of 18155 USD. By the way, you asked me for a certificate, they closed my accounts and blocked access to their websites. I added the screenshots I have and the images of the items I purchased.

Reply from Alpha Capital Group Dec 31, 2024 Hi there the reason for your accounts being closed and the performance fee being denied is due to a max allocation breach on the accounts. you was funded 200k with us and as per our rules you cannot trade the same strategy (same assets) across more than 300k of funding. the fact that the trades was not in opposite directions is irrelevant. the rule states you cannot trade the same strategy across more than 300k of funding. upon reviewing your trades it was apparent that you traded xau/usd across 2 accounts (400k) as per our FAQs this is a breach. i have attached the FAQ below for you to further educate yourself on this rule below... https://help.alphacapitalgroup.uk/en/articles/8804535-how-many-accounts-can-i-have-what-is-the-maximum-allocation-per-strategy Kind Regards Alpha Capital Group Uk

Same day I was awaiting onboarding for my master account I was denied because of their rule for "3rd party payments". You cannot issue card payments where cards are not in your name. I bought the accounts 05/06, which was last month. This rule about Third Party Payments was added last week, making this a invalid rule for my account without notifying me. I'm funded with BlueGuardian, FundingPips and I've never had this issue in my life with Third Party ...

Support is not willing to respond to anything, same goes with tickets on email. They are just spamming me to provide the last 4 numbers of my card to issue a refund of the original amount I paid for the account, without any compensation. I took this issue up in they're discord, I got immediately banned. Dont go here.
