On my first payout there was a delay whilst I had a zoom 'interview' where I spoke with Ollie and it was a short pleasant and professional conversation. Think they just wanted to check I was a real person with some kind of strategy - they approved my first payment (about $4500) immediately after. I've been happy with them and am working towards my 2nd payout

They paid me after a brief zoom interview. Meaning they are real people and not a scam operation.i spoke with a human in their risk team. I've never had an issue with operations on the Metatrader 5 platform or the Alpha Dashboard. OI love that my particular account is a swing account

Prompt payouts. The only wait is the initial payout where you have to speak with risk team. Afterwards, payout was processed in less than 48 hrs. My second payout was the same.

I used their accounts many times after purchase and giveaways and also redeemed from the propfirmmatch.com. I reached the funded phase 2 times (if I have not mistaken) but couldn't reach payout. Just Received my second payout from Alpha Capital, this time receiving 7670$. It hasn't been straight forward, Ive had a payout rejected for breaching an obscure 2 minute hold Rule and also i was placed in a 1% risk group (i think they put everybody in this after the first payout application) but if you familiarise yourself with all the rules and stick to them you will get paid! The Dashboard is fantastic, very detailed and easy to keep track of your activities. Communication is good and response time is quick. Payouts are processed Quickly, application made on a friday, approved and paid the following Monday.
the 2 minute hold Rule is not in the T&C's contract, its in the FAQ's on the website. They should be more clear about how strict they are on 1% max loss per trade.
