I am so glad I found this propfirm, I have been funded with a small 10k account before and i got 2 payouts with no problem using rise platform, their rule is easu to follow. And now I am trading 2 accounts 25K 2step each and I am really enjoying it. I hope we continue like this. Payouts are also not delayed. Their customer care Raymond which was assigned for me is also polite, fast and reliable. I got everything I need in time.

I made a critical mistake by not limiting my losses while trading, which resulted in a 5% daily loss and caused my account to breach. My experience with Alpha Capital Group has been very satisfying. The rules are clear, the platform is stable, the spreads are low, and payouts are processed efficiently. I highly recommend it to traders who are consistent and disciplined.

I love the community engagement, and customer support is very responsive. Has easy to follow rules, and also love that the firm is based in the UK. I have received a total of $19,000 in payouts and highly recommend it to all. Don’t have a bad word to say about them.

My experience after giving them a second chance unfortunately, things got even worse. After my previous review, their Head of Client Support contacted me on WhatsApp and discussed what they described as a misunderstanding. He offered to restart my breached account and asked me to change my review. I decided to give them another chance and see how things would go. Unfortunately, after that two more payout requests were rejected without any convincing evidence or clear reason. I tried a third time and eventually they paid the payout but only after 6 days. Interestingly, my rejection emails had also taken 5–6 days to arrive, despite their normal payout process supposedly being much faster. After receiving the payout, I experienced even more issues that made me extremely uncomfortable trading the account. The biggest problem has been the abnormal spread/execution on my raw spread account. What is displayed on the platform and what I actually get filled at can be significantly different. I tested this with as little as 0.01 lot during normal market hours and the same issue repeatedly occurred. My TP and SL executions have also been significantly different from the prices shown. For example, with a 1-lot EUR/USD position, the execution difference can effectively cost me around half an R without the market actually moving against me. At that point, the trading strategy becomes almost impossible to execute normally. I still have an account with them, so I am fully aware that posting this review could potentially result in further action against my account. I honestly don’t care anymore. I am posting this based on my experience, because other traders deserve to know what they may encounter. I also have serious concerns about the credibility of some of the reviews on their Trustpilot profile, especially considering the warning shown by Trustpilot itself. I gave this company a second chance. Unfortunately, my experience since then has only made me more suspicious. My advice: do your own research and be extremely careful before trusting this company with your money.

I’ve been trading with Alpha Capital for over 3 years, and until recently my experience has been nothing but positive. I’ve learnt a lot throughout my trading journey, and Alpha has played a huge part in that. I have a lot of respect for A***, who has always been supportive, and I’ve also learnt a great deal from G**** through the 1:1 sessions I previously had with him. Their support and guidance have been invaluable. My only frustration is with customer support. Recently I’ve been trying to get clarification on certain rules, but I haven’t felt I’ve received clear answers to my questions. I also had a recent payout adjusted for a reason I don’t personally agree with, as the trades that were flagged were consistent with the way I have always traded. I was hoping for a clearer explanation rather than receiving generic responses. Despite this, Alpha will always be my number one prop firm. It’s the company where I started my journey, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything I’ve learnt over the past three years. I just hope communication and clarity around these decisions can be improved, as I believe it would make a big difference to long term traders like myself

Alpha Capital Group UK provides advanced support, top notch infrastructure, trusted compliance and effective risk management. Even though the funded account trading conditions are relatively tough they help traders manage risk more efficiently. The payout process could imply inconvenient waiting due to lengthy and detailed review process but the overall service is solid and reliable.
