What I like most is the trust and stability they offer—rare qualities in the prop trading industry
I don’t like that the 1% maximum risk can limit adaptation during high-volatility conditions, especially on XAUUSD, What I don’t like is that when I set a 1% risk on XAUUSD, even a tiny price slippage of one cent can push the position slightly above the limit and the account gets closed immediately. This lack of flexibility is extremely problematic, especially on a volatile instrument like gold. A rule that strict can be disastrous for traders who manage their risk correctly but are exposed to unavoidable market slippage

Firm is almost perfect accross all metrics- trading conditions are superb and you can choose your prefernce in terms of spreads/ comissions. Account issueing is almost immediate, all processes related to live account/ payouts are fast and on time. Overall experience with Alpha is just excellent!

What I like most about the firm is their strong reputation and fair, transparent rules. Alpha Capital Group operates professionally, doesn’t play games with traders, and doesn’t scam or deny payouts as long as you follow the guidelines. Their structure is built to support serious traders, which makes the whole experience feel reliable and trustworthy.
What I like the least about the firm is the payout processing time. Payouts usually take around 2–3 days, which can delay getting back into trading. It’s not a major issue, but faster processing would make the experience even smoother.

Summary
I accidentally placed trades during news ADP non farm employment i forgot to check the calendar and when i requested payout i got mail from alpha capital "As a result of these findings, the profit from these trades has been withdrawn, and the payout for this instance has been made invalid. We hope that this situation can be avoided in future and you can continue to be successful in your trading". and i am totally fine by this because they did not suspended my trading and it was my mistake the rule was clear to avoid trading on news events I learned and avoided next time

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with Alpha Capital. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is the number of rules — for my taste, there are simply too many. For example, the requirement of 5 trading days before the first payout feels unnecessary, and you really have to pay close attention to all the rules to avoid breaking anything. Other than that, everything went smoothly. My payout was processed within 2 days, which is great. Overall, definitely one of the better firms out there.
