I have been trading alpha capitals for 2 years now and as a beginner I find their process stress free. The customer support is quite responsive and overall the firm is quite good with communication.

On time payment, active and good community, quick response customer service, have been trading with them for 3 months, though there are some rules that i need to adjust to my trading style, but i think the rules are necessary to make us a better trader. Overall, good experience

Communication is very good with Alpha Capital, fast reply, always ready to help. Dashboard is also user friendly. Not having any troubles with payouts yet. I really like working together with Alpha Capital.

The firm has a great customer service and traditing parameters, I think my payout got delayed a little by the weekends and we'll appreciate as traders if they change that, other than that it's an excellent propfirm for all the new and experienced propfirm traders.
