I love being apart of ACG! I have been with multiple firms over the yeras and i havent found a firm better than ACG! Theres 0 hidden rules unlike most firms! and there customer support is 10/10

one of the best firms. been trading with them since 2024, they pay out on time, dashboard's neat & the support is exceptionally quick. so far really satisfied with their services, looking to go for max allocation with them real soon.

ACG is great in general, minimal slippage tight spreads, fair rules and little to no manipulations. My experience so far has been great on the trading side; ACG has gradually become my favorite firm. I have purchased about 6 accounts and referred three other customers who were initially skeptical but now hold multiple accounts with ACG; Yeah my experience has been that good. However, there is room for improvement. First, The onboarding after phase 2(the only types of evals I take) has taken up to 48 hours in one instance. significantly reducing this time will go a long way to improve the overall customer experience. Secondly, The payout wait-times have progressively increased since my first payout. The first one was within 5 hours, second in about 50 hours and I've been waiting for the current one for 5 days now (Granted, Rise had to go offline over the weekend for a major update; this may have had an effect on the payout process). I did reach out to support and after a breif identity check, The issue was handled promptly, an apology was issued as well for the delay and confirmation provided to show that the payout had been approved and would arrive shortly. Lastly, When I was aked to do a risk review, the calendar was fully booked for the week and I had to wait an entire week ( this might not be the case for many others), nonetheless the interview was smooth, short and I got paid less than 5 hours later.. All in all, ACG has been the best firm I have traded with in the 4 years I've been trading.. if these issues are properly addressed, ACG will easily completely dominate the other firms.

Just received my payout from Alpha Capital Group! The platform works perfectly, the rules are fair, and the team is incredibly supportive. Reaching the funded stage here has been a fantastic experience. Edit: I am writing to strongly protest the wrongful closure of my account and the rejection of my payout based on the IP address log (⁠175.100.33.139⁠). I have NEVER shared my account, credentials, or trading space with anyone. The allegation is a total false positive caused by how internet service providers (ISPs) operate in my region.

The whole team here is amazing, only ever issue was my first payout slightly delayed but when i emailed in they fixed it straight away. Easily the best in the industry and so use friendly and straightforward.

Okay so i waited till i got my first payment from ACG before dropping my review. ACG has really good customer service and trading conditions, but it would be nice if they could a crypto withdrawal option as i had to use rise. Also i lost one of my account to the fact that i opened more than two positions at a time and they term it cluster trading or something of that nature and i opened 3 trades for easier trade management, which i find weird that it's an issue. Overall the pros outweighs the cons.

I'm giving 5 stars to Alpha Capital Group for perfect trading conditions, low spreads, fast execution of trades, all trading rules are clear. After passing evaluation, got my funded account less then in 48 hours. Perfomance fee was also paid in 24 hours, as was promissed, after risk interview. I also want to emphasize the professionalism of the interviewer Harry Schofield. Interview was fast,took place in a friendly atmosphere. If you want to get funded I can confidently recommend starting your journey with Alpha Capital Group.

Trading conditions and prices is what keeps ACG in my top list of prop firms , not overdone with too many rules and restrictions but simple and clear guideline that needs to be followed. Customer Care is also top level , hope they keep up the good work.

Overall, I've had a good experience with Alpha Capital. The challenge process is well-managed, and the rules are clear and easy to follow. I appreciate that they don't make things unnecessarily complicated, allowing traders to focus on their strategy rather than worrying about confusing restrictions. The platform and dashboard are straightforward, and the entire challenge experience felt professional from start to finish. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the payout processing time. While my payout was approved and paid successfully, it took around 2 trading days to receive it. It wasn't a major issue, but a faster turnaround would definitely improve the overall experience. Aside from that, Alpha Capital has been reliable, and I would be happy to continue trading with them. I would recommend them to traders looking for a well-structured and trader-friendly prop firm.
