The people. A*** has always been approachable and supportive throughout my trading journey, and I’ve learnt a great deal from G**** during the 1:1 mentoring sessions I had many years ago. Alpha was the first prop firm I traded with, and for over three years my overall experience has been positive.

The lack of transparency around certain rule interpretations. I felt the reasoning behind my payout denial wasn’t explained clearly, making it difficult to understand how the decision was reached.

What I like the most about Alpha Capital Group is the trust they build with traders. Once you consistently follow the rules, you don't have to stress about whether your payout will be approved—you can simply request it and carry on with your trading. That peace of mind is invaluable. I also appreciate their excellent customer support. Whenever I've needed assistance, especially from Rashaad, the response has been quick and helpful. Knowing that both the support team and the payout process are reliable gives me a lot of confidence in trading with ACG.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be that payout processing can occasionally take a little longer than expected. However, whenever I reached out to support, they were responsive and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, it's a minor concern compared to the quality of service and reliability the firm provides.

There are so many things to like about Alpha. First and foremost, the customer service is exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever you need assistance. Their challenge pricing is also very competitive compared to other firms, and the entire experience has been straightforward and hassle-free from day one. I'll admit that I had started losing faith in prop firms recently, but Alpha has genuinely restored that trust. It's refreshing to trade with a firm that treats its traders fairly, communicates clearly, and doesn't create unnecessary complications or hidden obstacles. My experience has only continued to improve since joining, and I honestly have no complaints. Going forward, Alpha will be the only prop firm I'll be trading with. If you're looking for a reliable, professional firm that delivers on its promises, I highly recommend giving Alpha a try.

If I had to point out one area that could be improved, it would be the payout processing time. That said, I don't really see it as a major issue. I understand that Alpha is handling a high volume of payout requests, and to me that's actually a positive sign—it means traders are genuinely getting paid. I'm more than happy to be patient if it means the process is handled properly. I'm confident the team will continue refining the payout system as the firm grows. Other than that, they've made it genuinely difficult for me to find anything I dislike. Overall, it's been an excellent experience.

how beginner friendly the firm is. The 10k for 40 is a steal.

I liked fast customer support Best spreads in the whole industry you can enter in a trade exactly where you wanted to be , no slippage just smooth trades

I think payout could be processed faster, they process in 2 ( 72 hours ) business days time to process but still I think it’s not a very long window but sometimes when you request on weekends it becomes 4 days which is really annoying
