I had a great experience with Alpha Capital Group support team. After passing Phase 1, there was a delay with receiving my Phase 2 account, so I reached out to support. BHAGAT was very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. The turnaround time after escalation was very fast, and they really went all out to resolve the issue promptly. Excellent customer service and support experience overall. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a very positive experience working with Alpha Capital Group so far. The platform has been smooth and easy to use, and I personally haven’t experienced any technical or major operational issues during my time with them. To be completely honest, I did blow several accounts in the past, but those losses were mainly due to my own lack of experience and risk management at the time, not because of the firm itself. As I gained more discipline and improved my trading approach, I started appreciating the structure and conditions the company provides even more. One thing I especially like is their customer support. Whenever I had a question or faced a problem, the support team responded quite quickly and tried to help in a professional manner. Fast communication is very important in trading, and in my experience they handled that well. The rules are clear, the dashboard is user-friendly, and the overall experience has been reliable for me. Of course, like with any prop firm, success still depends heavily on the trader’s own psychology, consistency, and risk management. Overall, I’m happy to be working with Alpha Capital Group and I believe it can be a good option for traders who are serious about improving and following proper trading discipline.

the trading condition is great, also the costumer service. about the payout, they paid me with no problem, I've got two payouts with them, the payment process is a bit slow, they take 2 business day. but at least they pay, so its ok

Amazing experience so far with ACG. I submitted my 1st payout request, was invited for risk interview with Sandi Johnes. It was a great experience. I sincerely appreciate Sandi Johnes since he was very clear in his questions and it went very well. After the interview, I received my 1st payout the same day before EOD. Highly recommenced.

Payouts are processed on time, customer support is responsive and professional and the trading conditions particularly spreads are genuinely some of the best I’ve used from a prop firm. I personally have received over 10,000 in rewards without a single issue. They are always processed in time. Order execution is smooth, spreads are very competitive, I usually trade XAUUSD and I’ve had no issues with slippage during normal market conditions. The rules are clear, the dashboard is easy to use, and overall the firm feels reliable and trader-focused. When a firm pays traders properly and maintains good service over time, it builds trust. Follow the rules and get paid.

I have to say that alpha capital team is very professional, they have very strict rules but if you follow them and respect them you will be fine, i started this december i was stuck the first months but now i have succesfully requested 5 payouts and got paid yesterday i requested the 6th and i shouyld be getting that soon, alpha capital is very fast with their payout and they dont take too long. i strongly suggest to try their challenges

I want to share my full experience with Alpha Capital Group because I believe traders deserve transparency before investing large amounts of money into any prop firm platform. Over time, I spent thousands of dollars purchasing accounts and participating in Alpha Capital’s funded trader ecosystem. Like many traders, I accepted losses, kept trying, stayed loyal to the company, and eventually became profitable within their simulated funded structure. I also publicly supported and promoted the company through my trading community, Discord, and social media platforms because I genuinely believed in what they were offering. The entire reason I traded with a prop firm was because of the advantages they themselves advertise: - larger buying power, - lower personal financial risk, - and access to capital beyond what most traders can personally fund. That simulated funded environment was EXACTLY where I became profitable. After finally reaching consistency and building a pending payout of over $16,000, I suddenly received an email informing me that I was being moved into their “Alpha Prime” futures program and that all sim-side accounts would be closed. The email also stated that if I declined the Prime program, I would lose any future relationship with Alpha Group entirely. The issue is that I never formally accepted this transition before my normal trading access was removed. As a trader, this made absolutely no sense for my trading model. I have never traded futures before, and the live futures structure they wanted to move me into is completely different from the funded simulated environment where I became profitable. Different margin requirements, different buying power, different flexibility — it is not remotely the same setup. A $10,000 live futures account is not comparable to the buying power and structure of funded prop accounts. If I simply wanted to trade a small personal live account, I could already do that myself without spending thousands over time purchasing prop firm accounts. What frustrated me the most is that the company heavily markets the benefits of prop firm trading over personal live trading, but once I became profitable within the exact environment they promoted, I was effectively forced out of that structure and pushed into something completely different. I tried handling everything professionally. I explained my situation clearly. I told them I have four children, including a newborn baby, an upcoming move, and real-life financial responsibilities. I explained that I genuinely wanted to continue trading under the original funded structure because that is where my consistency was built. I even offered to continue promoting the company through YouTube videos, interviews, Discord, live sessions, and future content because I truly wanted to maintain the relationship long term. Despite that, my understanding was that my relationship with the company would still end if I declined the Prime transition. Shortly afterward, my account was breached/closed and I was informed that I would no longer be trading with them because I had been “transitioned to PRIME.” At that point, it honestly felt like I was being forced out of the exact environment where I had proven profitability and consistency. I’m sharing this experience because I believe traders should carefully understand: - what they are signing up for, - how these transitions may work, - and what can happen after becoming profitable within certain prop firm structures. I strongly encourage traders to: - document everything, - save screenshots, - save emails, - save payout records, - and fully understand the terms and risks involved before investing significant money into any prop firm platform. I also encourage traders who believe they experienced unfair treatment or misleading business practices to research their options and consider filing formal complaints or reports with organizations such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Trade Commission if they believe consumer protection or trading-related concerns apply to their situation. This industry needs more transparency, fairness, and accountability for traders.
