Alpha capital is a very transparent firm from my experience. Very clear rules and one of the firms that does not bother traders with margin rules. just clear and fair lot size limits only at funded stage. Had great experience trading and withdrawing profits from my 10k account. Really good raw spreads. They have great and active support team...always very responsive and helpful. Overall, ACG is a 5-star for me.

I would like to share my personal experience with Alpha Capital so that other traders can make informed decisions before investing their time, effort, and money into any prop firm. I spent several months learning, practicing, and working hard to successfully pass my account. However, during the risk interview process, I faced a situation that I personally found very disappointing and unfair. During the interview, a specific account balance was shown to me, and all of my calculations, risk management, and trade execution were based on that balance. Later, my interview was rejected using different balance figures. What concerned me even more was that in separate email responses, different balances were referenced by their own team, which created confusion regarding the actual figures being reviewed. At one point, their own email communication acknowledged that a previous balance figure had been sent incorrectly. In my opinion, this itself raises concerns about the accuracy and consistency of the review process. For a professional firm, traders naturally expect clear records, accurate information, and transparent communication, especially in situations involving account reviews and payouts. After the rejection, I repeatedly contacted the support and risk team requesting proper clarification, interview evidence, execution details, and proof of exactly where my mistake occurred. I also provided my own screenshots, calculations, and written explanations multiple times to fully cooperate and clarify my side professionally. Despite this cooperation, I did not receive the level of transparency or clarification I expected. Instead, my withdrawal was stopped and eventually my account was disabled without what I believe to be a properly explained resolution. What disappointed me most was not only the final decision itself, but the overall handling of the situation. Traders spend months working hard to pass these accounts, and in return they deserve fair communication, proper evidence, and a transparent review process when disputes arise. For transparency, I am attaching my email conversations and supporting evidence so people can review the situation themselves and form their own opinion based on the facts provided. I am sharing this purely as my personal experience and honest feedback for the trading community. My advice to other traders is to carefully research and fully understand the risks involved before trusting any prop firm with their time, effort, and financial investment.

First I tell you Alpha Capital is the no 1 prop firm I have experienced. Since 2024 onwards I am with alpha capital. Their payout is very fast and systematic. Their rules are very transparent. Their supporting staff and email support are very fast.

Had a great eval and funded experience with ACG! Bought 2, 25k accounts. Failed one of them but passed the other which led me to my first ever funding of a great 4% and I blew after, hey part of the process. Overall had the best experience with them.

I’ve had a very good experience with Alpha Capital Group so far. The app is clean and easy to use, and the KYC process was very quick. My first payout was denied because I traded during news events, so it was my own mistake, but the team was fair and I kept my account. The second payout went smoothly, the risk interview was easy, and the team was professional and helpful. I also like that they support crypto payouts with Rise, which is very useful for people who want fast payments. After trying a few other prop firms before, Alpha is the one I feel most comfortable with and I can honestly recommend them.

Aloha capital were one of the first firms I ever traded with when I started my journey into these financial markets I’ve also been with other firms that will Denny me payouts especially on instant but yea yk when you start your journey there’s losses but as long as you keep your heads up and keep moving forward, a moving man will surely meet his luck on route. Finally first time requesting a payout with them and it landed hahaha especially when I saw the rise email saying you’ve been paid after watching other traders get it makes me glad to see how far I’ve come

I've been trading with ACG for almost a year, requested payouts 14 times and they paid all 14 times! The biggest one of them was ~7k. I can tell you one thing for sure - if you follow the rules, they will pay you 100%.
