The trading conditions and spreads are good. Dashboard is modern and clean.
What I liked the least was the lack of transparency around rules and payout decisions. Terms were interpreted differently depending on the situation, and key policies (like the extended news trading window) were not mentioned anywhere in their public documentation. It felt like the rules could shift at any time, especially when a trader becomes profitable.

Alpha Capital denied my $3450 performance payout, claiming I violated their internal rules by engaging in "Group Trading." The only evidence provided was a screenshot of another trader with a vaguely similar position different entry and exit times, stop loss, take profit, and account type. No actual link between accounts was shown. Previously, a $3000 payout was also rejected due to "News Trading," even though my trade was clearly placed outside the 2-minute restriction outlined in their own terms. When I raised this, support later told me the rule is “subjective” and that they reserve the right to extend the restricted window to 45 minutes before and after major news creating a 90-minute block, which is nowhere to be found in their FAQ or public documentation. This kind of vague interpretation of rules, combined with a lack of transparency and delayed responses, raises serious concerns about how payouts are handled once traders become consistently profitable.

Alpha capital should be on top 3, they deal with their clients in an institutional level. I purchased 200k challenged, I passed, I got funded, I received my payout without facing any issue.

They are connected with social media, which shows companies transparency. They take interviews, they ask simple risk questions. Just to make sure you are the one who trading the account. All these company levels and ways shows how serious they are with their business.
They take maximum 3 working days for payouts, which is fast enough, I would be happy if they could make it further faster.

Ive been trading on alpha capital for 2 weeks now i havent hade any trouble with the liquidity provider executions are smooth etc... my only concern with alpha capital is some of the rules that do not make sense at all....

Best Prop Firm Company for traders. I faced no problems while trading so trading conditions are also good. Support is also very firendly and helpful, ifaced couple of problems during KYC which were solved promptly. Recieved my payout within a Day after approval.

I am holding a 200k funded account with Alpha for around 1.5 year. I received a life time payout of $68961 till now and waiting for more...You can receive two payouts in a month...I have attached my certificate with this. Alpha is really good, trading is effortless with them and they pays in time...Both Dashboard and trading terminal are excellent. And the payout comes is right time.What else we need?!

Payout denied and account terminated for the most silly reasons. They are doing a good business for their company by giving discounts and not paying profitable traders.

They think that I'm not the one trading the account.
Summary
They think I'm not the one trading the account but also think that I'm risking too much because one of the trades I took did not have a stop loss order. I did not breach the account but they still said it was too risky. The risk team interviewer tricked me by asking me to demonstrate a trade by placing 0.5% risk of my funded account but they took the demo account capital into consideration. And when I asked about it they just blocked me everywhere.

I struggle with my trade manager sometimes, but i don’t think that is the firm’s fault, rather an issue with C Trader and not being able to use a different trade manager.
